The Alpha Pearl toilet is such a game changer in the bathroom. All the functions work flawlessly with ease of use and ability to set preferences. The toilet is beautiful and updated the bathroom which is something I hadn't thought would be so different. The installer had no issue with setting the Alpha in place and attaching the remote to the wall. In fact, installation was flawless. The remarkable clean feeling after use is worth every penny. The hygiene benefit is heavenly.

Replaced our Toto with the Alpha and are very happy. Love the extra height. Does everything the Toto did. I only wish the remote had backlit buttons for use in the dark. The Toto didn't either, and I'm not sure if any of the bidets do, but it would be nice. The Alpha does have a know on the side of the toilet that makes use in the dark easy. Otherwise completely happy. BidetKing was also great to deal with as far as cost and delivery. 

The Alpha GX Wave exceeded my expectations. The air blower was much stronger than my previous bidet toilet seat. I can actually sit down on the cover because its is stronger than my previous bidet toilet seat. I much prefer the attached controls on the side vs. a remote control in part because the batteries don't run out at inopportune times. And Mark with helped with online support and voice support was awesome. Thanks 

Who knew when I bought this a few months ago COVID would hit and there would be a paper shortage. The bidet itself was rather easy to install, it works as advertised. I wish the dry function had a more powerful jet. My only other quibble would be that the functions are in a area where you need to get up to see them, I should have got one with a detachable remote so it is easy to see the functions. 

We have three different bidets in our house for each toilet, and we bought this one for my mother. She loves it! This is one of the best, and we enjoy using it when we go to her house. The price is great, and it performs just as well if not better than our other bidets. The seat is warm, the water pressure is great, and all the adjustments make it so easy to get it just how you like it. I agree with other reviewers though about adding buttons that light up when you move the sprayer back and forth. I would recommend this particular model to anyone who is interested in a bidet! It's so worth it!

This bidet fits all the needs of myself and other members of my household. While hot water is not endless, there is enough in the tank for about 15 seconds while under eco mode (and more if turned off). I also appreciate the heated seat and oscillating features. Setup was extremely straightforward. The only faults I had were a fairly short power cable and a heater placed fairly high. It spends more time heating the back of your tush (which can get uncomfortably hot) than the places which actually got wet. I do need to readjust when using it. Also remember that the controls are attached to the bidet and not as a remote, but that's up to personal preference. 

The unit works just fine. I replaced one with a hand held remote. This unit has a fixed control panel on the side which is very difficult to see, read the control buttons and make adjustments while you are actually sitting on the toilet trying to use this for its design purpose. I would buy a unit with a hand held control the next time around. Todd
