We just installed this Alpha UX Pearl yesterday and so far I am pretty impressed. It is our first bidet/washlet and we put in a new Kohler chair height elongated seat toilet to go with it. Takes a bit of learning to navigate the buttons on the remote but the install was very straightforward. Excellent water temperature and pressure and the ability to direct flow/temp are very good. Takes a bit of learning to navigate the buttons on the remote but the install was very straightforward. Excellent water temperature and pressure and the ability to direct flow/temp are very good. Cleansing is 99% after a no. 2, which is impressive. The fan doesn't do much so we just use a couple squares of paper, no problems. Only 'complaint' I have is that I like to read on 'the throne' and while my body is in contact with the seat, the internal water heater stays on in anticipation that it may be called upon. I feel like I am wasting electricity just sitting there reading. I wish there was an "OFF' button I could push. I would most definitely recommend this product and the QR code printed on the inside lid of the box helps with installation as well as navigating the remote.  Read Less

We bought the latest model, BidetKing Crown and used it for a couple months before we bought this one. Our research had narrowed us down to these 2 in terms of features included, reviews, trust in the company, and price. We are absolutely happy with both of them, and with the customer service from BidetKing. Both have a strong oscillating stream and strong dryer. We bought the latest model, BidetKing Crown and used it for a couple months before we bought this one. Our research had narrowed us down to these 2 in terms of features included, reviews, trust in the company, and price. We are absolutely happy with both of them, and with the customer service from BidetKing. Both have a strong oscillating stream and strong dryer. The user presets are handy but I am surprised we don't use them as often as I thought. The auto 1 button setting to cycle through an oscillating wash then dry is great. Both bidets were easy to install. The water comes out hot instantly. We had a part leaking on this and BidetKing was fast to respond and sent a replacement part what worked great. Differences are slight, we like them both equally. Crown has stronger stream and this sort of turbo setting for enema-ish if you need that. Crown is slimmer and latest model. Alpha UX Pearl my husband prefers the seat and angle but they look the same to me. Pearl seems to have a stronger dryer. Read Less

Fantastic! The new bidet seat from Alpha Bidet is really, really fantastic. I replaced the JX-EW, which has not had a single issue for the last four years, with their newest seat, the updated UX Pearl. I didn’t think a bidet seat could get any better than what Alpha Bidet made, but they have outdone themselves once again with updates and very thoughtful new features. Fantastic! The new bidet seat from Alpha Bidet is really, really fantastic. I replaced the JX-EW, which has not had a single issue for the last four years, with their newest seat, the updated UX Pearl. I didn’t think a bidet seat could get any better than what Alpha Bidet made, but they have outdone themselves once again with updates and very thoughtful new features. The UX Pearl is really clean and sleek. It doesn’t look clunky or weird. The spray force, position, temperature, and oscillation is all adjustable. The power-saving nightlight is a carryover feature that we all really like, as is the option to keep the seat the same temperature at all times, or to warm it when a person sits down. We use both eco-friendly features on the former model, too. It costs nearly nothing per year to have a heated seat and warm water to wash my underside. I love having an Alpha Bidet. If you or a loved one has difficulty keeping their “area” clean, or has limited mobility, or just hates the cold toilet seat in the winter, this is a must-have. I won’t build or remodel another home without an outlet next to the toilet just for my Alpha Bidet.  Read Less
