This well-priced, sleek looking unit is, in my opinion, a good value. I have been using it for several months now and generally find it to work well. My only real objection to it is the same I have had with every bidet/toilet combo I have ever tried. The rear wash (a euphemism for sure) is simply not powerful enough in any of its settings, to do a thorough job of cleaning. That said, the seat heater is excellent, the air dryer works well, the motion sensor that lifts the lid when you approach is, if anything, oversensitive but since the system closes the lid after about 3 minutes of non-use, it doesn't really cause any problems.

Perfect for those who love enjoying luxurious features such as temperature controls and automatic open/close. I will be definitely getting another one for my next bidet seat 

Just installed product and it is a fantastic upgrade over my first bidet purchase (different brand, cheaper unit). Yes, this product was very expensive but among the cheapest with fully automatic seats and lids. I love all the other features, too -- oscillating, aerated spray does a very good job of gently cleaning, especially important for those with certain problems. Seat is solid, product is easy to install with quality stainless steel braided hose. I love it!

We love the new toilet, It works great... Love the just tap and the lid comes up... very cool. We did have a plumber install it for us.

So, I wanted to love this bidet toilet seat, but only 'like' it. It is much more comfortable than some of the others I've tried (like the Toto), which is good...it has the features that are prevalent for the nicer ones, but they work just OK. Sometimes the pressure and the water temperature seems inconsistent. I do like the auto open feature. The heated seat also seems to vary.
