Great Bathroom Accessory
After much research my criteria was simple. Your Alpha One V2 appears to be one of the select bidets with a unified Internal Brass Control Valve and Brass Inlet Connector. I was impressed. Some bidets costing hundreds of dollars more had plastic valves and inlet connectors. The Stainless Steel Braided water supply hose adds a little class to this product. After much research my criteria was simple. Your Alpha One V2 appears to be one of the select bidets with a unified Internal Brass Control Valve and Brass Inlet Connector. I was impressed. Some bidets costing hundreds of dollars more had plastic valves and inlet connectors. The Stainless Steel Braided water supply hose adds a little class to this product. I purchased two Alpha One V2 bidets, simple install by myself, tested using Saran Wrap covering the whole bowl... while observing a flawless operation. The dual intensity blue LED night light (battery powered), a much appreciated bonus, will glow red when the batteries require replacement. This economical bidet has to be one of the best bang for the buck. Down here in southeast Florida there is no need for a hot water inlet or heated seat. The water is tepid all year 'round. Thanks! Just what we needed
So the pandemic hit.. no TP anywhere. Wife has been suggesting getting a bidet since I met her 8 years ago. I noticed the prices started going up and not being able to find TP figured, why not. Now I am asking myself, why did it take so long. This thing is perfect. It was easy peasy getting installed. Looks good, white matches and does the job it's supposed to. We haven't tried the light, it's nice touch, but not necessary. The fact it is not heated hasn't bothered us one bit. I talked 2 of my friends into getting one. It's awesome, get one.

In fact, the delivery person's interest was tweaked by the amount of deliveries he had for this promotional unit. I will recommend this product as a starter unit for those individuals who are not familiar with the practicality and hygienic benefits of bidets. Everyone should have at least one in their home. Great product, needs some tweaks
A great way to try out a Bidet and not spend a lot to see if it works for you. The reason for the four stars instead of 5 was the clips that hold the seat in place are made of plastic and thus one has broken. The seat still works like it should but it moves now. I will contact the manufacturer and see if that part is under warranty. I bought this product due to suffering from an anal fissure which makes it painful to wipe, worked perfectly to make cleaning pain free. I am saving up to get the next level bidet which is heated.

So simple
Ordered as part of the presale deal to put into our guest bathroom. Once you start using bidets it's really impossible to go back to wiping. We have a fully loaded luxury bidet in my master, but wanted something simple for the hallway. This thing's great. I wish it had a heated seat but the spray is fantastic.
