Exceeded expectations. Water is just fine and doesn’t need to be heated. Just a perfect bidet with no outlet needed. Easy install as well. 

There are many plusses to keeping it simple. The Alpha ONE V2 Elongated Bidet Seat has everything you need and nothing extraneous. We love the quiet close seat; efficient sprayer that retracts when not in use; convenient lever operation; and simple installation. You might think that you need a heated bidet spray, but this unheated model is absolutely comfortable. There are no electronics to break or go sideways: just quiet, pressure-driven operation that requires no plugs or wires. Highly recommend! 

I have been so pleased with my purchase of the Alpha One Bidet toilet seat. It works well, was easy to install and was affordable. I have one in two bathrooms now. It appears that the reasonable price is because it doesn’t have a heater, but I have never found the temperature of the water uncomfortable. Great purchase! I’m very pleased. 

This is my 1st bidet & I like it a lot. Was pretty easy to put on, looks nice (some reviews said the plastic was a weird color, but mine matched my American Standard white toiled perfectly), easy to adjust the pressure from the lever on the side while you use it. The water is not heated, but not a problem for me. I’d buy it again. 

Easy to install. No leaks. Fits toilet perfectly. Works wonderfully. But ya gotta ease into the water flow, go slow, it's a bit shocking cold at first but if you start slow before going full blast it's fine! Planning on buying more for friends at Christmas!! Love, love, love it! 

Everything went perfectly smoothly, despite my hesitation about buying a product like a bidet online. Customer service was excellent, helping me in real time to make sure I chose the model that was most likely to fit. Installation was quick and trouble-free. I've used this now for a couple of months -- wish I'd gotten around to it a long time ago. The white color isn't an exact match for the white of my Kohler toilet, but close enough. Everything works just as hoped. The controls are easy to reach and to manage. Unheated water is (surprisingly) not uncomfortable at all?!? Seat is more comfortable than the original. I can't find a thing to complain about :). 

I was thrilled to find a bidet toilet seat that did not require electricity since I do not have an electrical outlet in the small area housing the commode. It works very well, was easy to set up and was affordable! The water is not warm unfortunately as this is not possible without electricity, but the sanitary and health benefits are the same - and our toilet paper use has decreased significantly which is good for the environment. The ordering process was simple and I received the product, well packed, very quickly. 

I am very pleased with my new bidet seat. I have a friend who has a much more expensive one but she doesn't use any of the settings. The only thing she has I don't that she uses is the heated water but I don't find that a big thing. I had it installed by a plumber who was working here on some other things and it didn't take him but about 10 minutes or less. 

We have three bathrooms. When I moved in, I asked if I could put in a bidet. The b/f, who likes to indulge me when he can, said I could put in whatever I wanted, but he swore up and down that he would NEVER use it. Fast forward to today, and we’ve had our Alpha for two years now. Not only does he use it, but we recently stayed at a 5 star hotel and he couldn’t wait to get back home because he missed having a bidet! Now he refuses to let me get a warm water one, because he says he won’t ever leave the bathroom. :)
