Wonderful product, using for the past two weeks, and it does everything as advertised. Remote is a real plus, as you don't have to try and see the controls next to you as with other products on the market. The hardest thing was installing the mounting plate in the correct position. The instillation Manuel covered the every detail clearly. I would recommend this product to my friends and family as well as my customer. 

Surprisingly simple to install, instruction where easy to follow, it was set up in no time. Controller is very easy to use. I turn it on 2--3 minute before i plan to use it, that way the seat is warm and ready. I have to say a very refreshing experience. I would recommend it to everyone. The money that i save on toilet paper is amazing, I've had the same roll on the holder for over a month. Great for the environment. 

The seat is great. It has all the functions we were looking for and it doesn't feel cheap or flimsy. The water pressure is good and the controls are easy to use. The install was easy you just have to read the instructions start to end before you start the install. We have been using it for a few weeks now and it has continued to work as we got it. Overall great product ! 

Arrived exactly as promised - packaged well and all of the necessary parts were included. Amazing product actually - like visiting a luxury hotel by just walking into your own bathroom. Installation would have been very simple if there was an electrical outlet in that area of the bathroom. But it wasn't hard to add an outlet since there was electrical nearby. 

Very happy with the product and installation was easy with the instructions.
