Wonderful product, using for the past two weeks, and it does everything as advertised. Remote is a real plus, as you don't have to try and see the controls next to you as with other products on the market. The hardest thing was installing the mounting plate in the correct position. The instillation Manuel covered the every detail clearly. I would recommend this product to my friends and family as well as my customer. 

Surprisingly simple to install, instruction where easy to follow, it was set up in no time. Controller is very easy to use. I turn it on 2--3 minute before i plan to use it, that way the seat is warm and ready. I have to say a very refreshing experience. I would recommend it to everyone. The money that i save on toilet paper is amazing, I've had the same roll on the holder for over a month. Great for the environment. 

The product works great and was straightforward to install. The features of the seat are fantastic and the remote is very easy to use and understand. 

This bidet toilet seat is sleek looking and fits right in with my bathroom decor. I feel like I’m at the spa every time I use it. The remote control is handy and the power bar on the side it not too bulky. The only downside is that I wish it had a longer power cord or was battery operated. 

This is my first bidet and I've got to say I'm impressed. The heated seat is wonderful when the house is cool in the winter and the heated spray is divine. Our use of bathroom tissue has been reduced to almost zero since I installed this bidet. You just need a little bit to dry off. The remote control is very easy to use and allows you to select different functions such as spray intensity, spray location and massage features. 

I am very pleased with my new AC2.0. Installation was fairly straightforward and only took about 20 minutes. Remote control is simple to use. The heated seat is very luxurious, especially in the early morning. Initially, it was a little foreign to us, having never experienced bidet cleaning, but we've quickly accepted it and feel fresher and cleaner overall. I would recommend this product to everyone, I am sure more people will be adding this type of technology to their bathrooms. 

We've had this thing for about a week now and it's pretty awesome. You can control the spray direction, strength, and temperature. The seat itself is comfortable, though it does look pretty huge on the toilet. The remote control works well and has enough range to work from outside of the bathroom, so this is a great bonus: 1) when you have friends over, take the remote out of the bathroom; 2) when they ask about the "contraption on the toilet" say it's a seat warmer and encourage them to try it out (who wouldn't?) 3) wait about 30 seconds, then press the button. 4) FUN. 

This seat is great; you can retro fit your existing toilet so you save hundreds of dollars and this seat has all the high end features of a $1000 plus smart toilet and can be installed in minutes. Adjustable heated seat, adjustable heated water, control of the strength and position of the water streams, slow close seat and cover, remote control; this seat has everything! And it's pretty cool looking. Just remember that you do need to plug this seat into a regular outlet, so plan accordingly.
