We have only had the unit for one month and so far it has performed as it states and does a very good job. The water is warm when needed, nightlight is nice in the middle of the night, the multiple settings perform well and the control center is handy. The only cons would be the seat sits is a bit loose on the toilet and the unit was also a bit pricey. But so far so good! 

The SpaLet was installed on January 27, 2020; such a device was suggested by our primary doctor as a solution to an existing medical problem. We picked American Standard because we have used many of your products through the years. This 83 years young lady has been overjoyed with the solution and will install a second unit in an alternate residence. 

I was a little dubious about a bidet that you installed on an existing toilet. But what a great surprise! It was fairly easy to install and has worked great for the 2 weeks I have had it. The heated seat is awesome and the sprayers and blower work so well! The night light is so nice to have, as well. The only thing they should add is a couple of nuts that fit on the bolts that attach it to the toilet. My existing ones didn't fit, but the rubber gaskets hold it on well. 

I selected this bidet because it offers a self-cleaning feature and hides away the wands. I am very satified with the purchase, install, and operation of this bidet seat! I use it often since the five months that I’ve owned it. The seat is bulky and I wouldn’t recommend sitting on the cover as you might on a typical seat. While the appearance changed the athetics of the toilet, it’s well worth it! 

First, I'd like to say that this bidet seat has been an absolute game-changer. The dual nozzles provide a thorough clean, while the warm air dryer adds an extra layer of comfort. I especially appreciate the instant warm water feature - no more chilly surprises! The personalized sprays also mean that everyone in the house can tailor their experience. I couldn't recommend this product highly enough!

Bought this for a Christmas present for my husband. He loves it! Heated seat is the best part.

For our first bidet we wanted something simple without excess bells and whistles. This serves that purpose well. 

This seat has been so helpful during pregnancy and afterwards. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to upgrade their master bathroom and add a little extra comfort. I also love the heated seat feature in the winter months. 

I bought this over a month ago and I am so glad I did. The heated water, heated seat, and the airdrying features are all awesome. Love the remote control. The bidet seat even has a night light.
