We've only had this installed for one day but already it's transformed our bathroom into a spa experience. My favorite feature is the warmed seat which I'm sure will come in handy in the winter. The bidet function is excellent, I like that you can customize the strength of the water and position of the nozzle.

Installation was super easy. The seat lined up nicely with our elongated toilet. There are many features to choose from. The water heats up nicely. My seat was warm. The dryer is handy although you'd have to be sitting for a little bit to be completely dry. I love the different lengths on the wands although if it came out a litter further that'd be nice for the "lady bits". I must have sat on the toilet for an hour for the first use trying out all the features. Overall I would absolutely recommend this product.

This is the fanciest toilet seat I’ll ever own! It is the ultimate luxury. If cleanliness is important to you, this does the job! No complaints! I’ve never had a bidet seat before getting this one. This is the fanciest toilet seat I’ll ever own! It is the ultimate luxury. If cleanliness is important to you, this does the job! No complaints! I’ve never had a bidet seat before getting this one. And, to be honest, I wasn’t sure if I even wanted one. But, now that I’ve had this one for a few months, I can say that I’m extremely pleased with it overall. Installing this bidet seat is rather straightforward and easy, and will not be a problem for anyone unless you don’t have an electrical outlet, or a way to get an electrical outlet or extension cord plug near your toilet. In my case, I installed another outlet behind the toilet (I could have simply ran a cord from the adjoining room, but preferred to install another outlet). The bidet seat itself works well, and so far we’ve had no issues with it. The warmed seat and water feels really nice, and the nozzles can be moved around with the remote control to provide good cleaning coverage. If you’re looking for a bidet seat, I honestly feel you’ll be very pleased with this one. It’s a well-made, well-designed seat.

The seat was packaged nicely to ensure no damage while shipping. Upon opening the box, we were a bit apprehensive and overwhelmed at the amount of pieces, but the directions were pretty straight forward and the YouTube videos definitely helped as well. You definitely don't need a plumber to install this, however, you will need an electrician to add an outlet nearby if you don't already have one. The heated seat is a wonderful feature although not needed at this moment in July but will gladly be welcomed in January. The remote was well labeled and allowed every adjustment needed. The seat claims to be for the whole family but I definitely wouldn't recommend it for a button happy 4 year old like we have. All in all, great seat that functions wonderfully. Would definitely recommend!

Upon receiving the bidet it looked like it would be difficult to install but was actually very easy. I had a bidet installed and functional within 15 minutes. I was impressed on how each function performed. Toilet seat heats up within minutes water temperature is almost on demand. You can control water pressure, water temperature, as well as nozzle positioning which is great. Having never owned a bidet before I was concerned of the cleanliness factor but it actually self cleans after each use. Again this is my first bidet and I’m not sure I can go back to my old primitive ways.
