I have this washlet in one of my bathrooms. I like it so much I.m putting one in the other bathroom. This is something most people can install themselves in 20 minutes - if you have available a convenient electric outlet. The only pain for me was attaching the two outlet hose. Working upside down is a challenge for me but not a big one. If you desire a warmed toilet seat, warm water to rinse and clean those parts, to lightly massage those parts and dry them with a gentle breeze, you should like this washlet. It comes with a remote which can be mounted on the wall beside the washlet. I prefer this position over the one on an arm off the seat or one with a remote. But we are all different. Again, I love this washlet so much I've purchased another one. Our toilets are American Standard hence the American Standard washlet. We had a mixed set up in our last house and it didn't work so well.

This was my first time using a bidet seat and I was very impressed. The installation of the 3.0 was surprisingly easy. So much technology is packed into this sleek seat. The adjustable temperature and spray variables are really cool to try out and let you get that perfect comfort clean. Also for those of you in cold/cool climates the heated seat will be a welcoming feature. Very impressive bidet seat and might be purchasing one for the basement as well.

Dang this thing is really nice. And the instructions are in English so I didn't have to experiment before figuring out how to work it. Seriously, it's every bit as luxurious as advertised and is a solid, well built addition to our bathroom. It's made in Japan and, well, performs perfectly. No surprises, no cold shock, just a luxurious throne! American Standard customer service is sensational too. They don't waste time, follow up in detail and make sure to solve the problem and send a happy customer on their way. Very impressed.

Installation was super easy. The seat lined up nicely with our elongated toilet. There are many features to choose from. The water heats up nicely. My seat was warm. The dryer is handy although you'd have to be sitting for a little bit to be completely dry. I love the different lengths on the wands although if it came out a litter further that'd be nice for the "lady bits". I must have sat on the toilet for an hour for the first use trying out all the features. Overall I would absolutely recommend this product.

And, to be honest, I wasn’t sure if I even wanted one. But, now that I’ve had this one for a few months, I can say that I’m extremely pleased with it overall. Installing this bidet seat is rather straightforward and easy, and will not be a problem for anyone unless you don’t have an electrical outlet, or a way to get an electrical outlet or extension cord plug near your toilet. In my case, I installed another outlet behind the toilet (I could have simply ran a cord from the adjoining room, but preferred to install another outlet). The bidet seat itself works well, and so far we’ve had no issues with it. The warmed seat and water feels really nice, and the nozzles can be moved around with the remote control to provide good cleaning coverage. If you’re looking for a bidet seat, I honestly feel you’ll be very pleased with this one. It’s a well-made, well-designed seat.

Upon receiving the bidet it looked like it would be difficult to install but was actually very easy. I had a bidet installed and functional within 15 minutes. I was impressed on how each function performed. Toilet seat heats up within minutes water temperature is almost on demand. You can control water pressure, water temperature, as well as nozzle positioning which is great. Having never owned a bidet before I was concerned of the cleanliness factor but it actually self cleans after each use. Again this is my first bidet and I’m not sure I can go back to my old primitive ways.

I can't find how to stop the seat from squirting water as soon as you sit down. I hope to get a response from American Standard or this will go back. This is the top-end model for American Standard, but it lacks features that Toto, the industry leader, has. This model does not have two presets. Each person has to reset the preferences (seat heat, water temp and strength). The remote is not backlit so in the dark, you have to guess at the settings.
