With so many on the market it was difficult to chose which one - one nozzle or two? Hot and cold or just cold? Go for the most expensive models or settle on middle of the road? So many questions. I chose the AquaWash for two reasons (1) it's integrated into the seat and not a separate appliance and (2) quality and features of more expensive models at a modest price point. And, American Standard is behind it all - a trustworthy brand that put some thought and design into an already great idea! The unit is simple and easy to install - everything is included. The best part is its non-electric, unheated unit that installs in a flash. And, the cool stream is actually quite refreshing and the design delivers things right where you need it. I had been shopping on line for a non elecltric bidet seat. While i was shopping for a new toilet at HD I mentioned it to the sales lady and she said they carried one in the store. The style of this one was very similar to several I had researched online. The discounted price was so close to the ones on line I was glad I could examine and see it first hand. My box was open and I thought no parts were missing but the one piece that was missing was the instructions. The seat has a mounting bracket which allows the bidet seat to be positioned on the toilet. A template is provided to assist in properly placing this mounting bracket. Mine was at its maximum extension but i figure it allowed close to an inch and a half adjustment in the length and the bracket accommodates different bolt hole widths by at least an inch. Once this is installed the seat just locks on to this bracket. A button on the side allows for easy removal for cleaning. I wish all toilet seats had this adjustable bracket. I liked the L shaped connection on the hose as it allows the hose to drop down and back allowing for a neat appearance of the hose. The T bracket is white plastic and I believe this is the cheapest part of this unit. You will want to be careful with this and use teflon tape to insure a good seal and be careful not to cross threat your hoses connections. Even without instructions it is a pretty easy installation. The bidet is easy to use you move the control forward to clean your bottom and back for feminine hygiene. The bottom sprayer has a stronger water stream than the feminine hygiene one. For me the stream is adequate and well positioned and does what is suppose to. While the info says the stream is adjustable and the control allows for that I find it does not do any adjusting. The sprayers are self cleaning and retract into a housing when not in use. The design of the seat will push you forward in the seat to allow for a shield that houses the plumbing. These bidet seats can run several hundred dollars and the expensive ones have all sorts of features. I like this because it simple and easy to use and with in my budget. I have only had this installed for a week but so far I am pleased with my purchase.  Read Less
