I installed this product in a tight fitting space. Even though it was difficult to view the progress of the installation the instructions provided were very clear and it all went very well. The seat itself is very unusual as the lid overlaps the bottom and both top and bottom seem thinner than standard seats. The slow closure is nice. It works as it should and I wish I had purchased years ago.

Good quality. Easy installation. Quiet auto closing seat and lid work great. BUT the butt wash water pressure is too weak to fully clean me, even on the highest setting. The seat this one replaced had great water pressure and got me clean as a whistle. Sadly, not this one. So, after a few days of using lots of water to not get fully clean, and using way more wipes and toilet paper than should necessary with a bidet seat, I’m replacing this one.

Easy to install. Works great. Like the soft close lid. 

The directions were easy to follow and it didn't take long to install. Just turn off the water and attach the t-valve to your water supply. The seat detaches easily for cleaning. The lid lowers slowly so it doesn't slam down. The bidet works without electricity. Just turn the dial to wash. I have no problem with the water temperature, but I live in So-Cal. I imagine if you live in a really chilly place, it might be a bit cold. It leaves you feeling clean! 

Not fancy, but functional. Bought this as Xmas present for my wife. Ended up getting 2, to include a guest bathroom. It's pretty easy to install, especially for a device which is supposed to fit multiple toilets (I have Kohler hi-rise types). Plumbing extremely simple; just have to be careful, since it's mostly plastic. A pleasant surprise, the lid and seat are slow-close, so no dropping and banging. So far, it's worked just fine and we're happy with functionality. If you don't absolutely need a fancy electric gadget that has both hot and cold water, this item is a great choice for reasonable price. 

I had real doubts about this device, but the installation was very simple and within about 15 minutes it was working beautifully. My son put a much more expensive bidet seat on his toilet; it blows air, heats the water and/or the seat and has a remote, but it's much more bulky and it cost $2000. No, that's not a typo, $2000. So I thought this one would be low quality, but it's not. I am so happy with it. And i have to admit it's embarrassingly nice; I'm so surprised how good it feels. You just turn a small lever one way and a spout extends and shoots a gentle stream of water up (that's the "clean" function); turn it the other way a shower squirts out (that's the "bidet" setting). The pictures show some details. It's a soft close lid, too. 

The bidet seat is very easy to assemble and install. Everything you need to install comes in the package. It took me around half an hour to setup the whole thing. This bidet seat is a good alternative if you do not have a dedicated electric for installing an electric bidet. The slow closing lid is a nice feature which prevents the lid from slamming onto the seat. Function wise the bidet spray works flawlessly. There are two modes on the knob, one for wash and one for cleaning. I have been using other non electric bidets for years and trust me the water does not feel cold (even with subzero temperatures outside), once you get used to it. A definite must have for a clean and hygienic living. 

Stand-alone bidets are very common in Europe but no so much in America. American Standard is bringing the hygienic benefits of a bidet built right into the toilet seat. It installs very easily to the tank (in about 10 minutes) and all of the required parts are included. It works very well and has a slow close feature. The water pressure is comfortable and provides a fresh feeling - much better than paper. The only drawback is the seat is a little smaller than normal elongated seats due to the necessary hardware built into the seat. 

Bought for my wife, she likes it. Just had to buy a piece of velcro to keep the lid up. Other than that it works fine. 

This Slow Close Bidet Seat for Elongated Toilets is really nice. It is especially good, if you are not certain of a bidet. I think our next purchase will be one with adjustable settings for water and maybe seat temperature. I absolutely would recommend this product.
