Bought two! My family really likes them! The power of adjusting the pressure of them is great! Works back and front really well! Cleanliness is certain! Does not have temperature water control but it’s okay! It does the deed! Easy to use. Easy to install. It’s great to adjust the comfort of the height for our heights per commode! I’m sure it will be easy to remove but stays on strong! Not worried of it coming off easily! I recommend it!

I am stunned! The product is amazingly designed and well manufactured. The installation was a swift with only one issue that I had to correct(the rubber gasket should be directional). The bidet is functioning perfectly with easy control, in low profile and good looking. It would have been more than perfect if it provides warm water but it doesn't have anything to do with the product itself. Overall, it is a 10.

Was easy to install. Did not come with a rubber washer so adding the diverter part to the water line caused a lot of leaking, we used our old bidet’s washer and now it works fine. So be careful about that. The bidet itself works fine, I feel like it’s a little too powerful by the time the water hits you. My old bidet had better control of the water strength. But we’ll get used to this one. I like that it is a lot slimmer and smaller in profile. Less clunky than our old one.

They Clean your behind very very well and using a little bit of toilet paper to dry up , you are good to go. You save a whole bunch of toilet paper. Start with the lowest pressure until you get used to it as it can feel quite intense at first. In summary, great product, good price, easy install, cleans great, looks good, good colour match. I tried another brand and had problems with install (leaks), fit (hit toilet seat) and the colour was way off. I am thrilled with the Big Cow bidet.

I didn’t have enough apparently, so I had to use some more of my personal tape to ensure a tight seal. Also make sure nothing is crooked because that can also cause leaks.
