Never had experience with a bidet butt from now on I’ll have one. This one was really easy to install and works well.

The bidet connection part is not in good condition.
A week after installing the bidet, water started to leak, so I bought a new toilet supply line and connected it, but the water kept leaking, so I had no choice but to remove the bidet I bought. The time and money damage was huge. I was very disappointed.

Product works as intended. Water shoots very well and will clean the areas it is meant to clean. Very very easy to use, just turn the knob left or right! THE LEAKS (USE PLENTY OF TEFLON TAPE!) Leaks will happen if everything is not sealed properly. Mine was leaking a bit on the lower end of the T-Valve as I illustrated in the pictures. Easy fix with some more Teflon Plummers Tape. Leaks will happen if everything is not sealed properly. Mine was leaking a bit on the lower end of the T-Valve as I illustrated in the pictures. Easy fix with some more Teflon Plummers Tape. I don’t remember the video showing to use the tape on the parts where you are screwing things together, but use plenty. I didn’t have enough apparently, so I had to use some more of my personal tape to ensure a tight seal. Also make sure nothing is crooked because that can also cause leaks. For now, the leaks have been solved, but I will update if anything changes.

Produit puissant, fonctionne bien, mais l'adapteur en T que j'ai reçu ne contient aucun joint d'étanchéité. Vous aurez beau serrer il fuira toujours. J'ai plutôt utilisé une valve double et utilise 2 boyaux depuis celle-ci, un vers la toilette et un vers le siège.. plutôt qu'un tuyau allant vers la toilette, un adapteur fuyant au niveau de la toilette, puis le tuyau fourni allant de l'adapteur jusqu'au siège. Une fois installé ainsi j'ai la paix d'esprit car tout est en ordre, fonctionnel, et avec de bonnes pièces.

Fairly easy to install if you have standard plumbing set up.
The only issue with it is, the female setting sprays too far forward. I use the rear setting and shift, a tad bit, for it to clean. Not really a problem. My toilet seats the standard round and it sprays to the front of inner rim. So an oblong seat should be better. I tried doing the adjustment but it won't work for this issue. Other than that I really like it's convenience. I don't know why this isn't a USA thing to use. It's nice to feel clean the whole day...
