Easy to setup and works well
The bidet was so easy to setup and it does great work. Gave 4 stars because I felt little bit difficult to control the spray setting.

Steel hose isn’t long enough
This product is honestly awesome! It cleans very well and does the front and back. I’ve used bidets that us warm water and though this one only has a cold setting, you don’t notice. It’s awesome; my only complaint is that the steel hose is too short and will definitely have to be replaced at some point

This bidet attachment works very well, easy to hook up. Two levels of spray goes where it should. Didn’t give 5 stars because it only supports cold water. For myself I’m good with cold water, other may not be.

Fairly easy to install if you have standard plumbing set up.
The only issue with it is, the female setting sprays too far forward. I use the rear setting and shift, a tad bit, for it to clean. Not really a problem. My toilet seats the standard round and it sprays to the front of inner rim. So an oblong seat should be better. I tried doing the adjustment but it won't work for this issue. Other than that I really like it's convenience. I don't know why this isn't a USA thing to use. It's nice to feel clean the whole day...

Simple effective design
Gf said we should get one. I drug my feet as usual when it comes to things that I don’t think we need. I was immediately converted! I love slogans on the box (turns out Amazon guidelines will not let me post them here). Bought a second one within the month. Functionality is perfect. Turn the knob further for more pressure. two different angles based on which way you turn it. I live in the Arizona low desert, so heated water is not necessary even in the middle of winter. Highly recommend

I bought this when my previous model died after 10 years of use. The 2 settings work as intended, and water flow is sufficient without being painful. It is cold water only, but that is what I wanted. I worry that warm water models could cause burns

Awesome little bidet for a small price
I purchased this bidet after my plumber couldn't install a more expensive Kohler bidet purchased from Home Depot. I have a Kohler toilet so I figured the bidet would match, but no. Then I purchased this BIGCOW bidet. I was impressed with the easy to follow insructions, and installed it myself, saving me $$ in plumber or handyman costs. I'm very glad that they are now being sold in the US. It is essential for good hygiene, and yes it saves on paper/trees. I like that it's not electric so there is no need for fancy electrical wiring, and this also guarantees it will work even in the case of a power outage. overall very happy and will recommend to friends and family. I hope it lasts as long as my other one, which I have had for over 20 years now. Enjoy!

I installed the Luxe one back in 2020 and it served me well for 5 years before it started leaking - and can't complain about that given the price of these cold water bidet attachments. So I thought I would try a different model and I don't like it but as it's already installed I'll stick with it. The issues I have: 1) See the photo where the lid is attached to the toilet - the 'cover' has these big gaps that will be difficult to clean out all the time 2) Must have been made for tiny bums, because I have to lean way forward to get the "frontal" wash to reach the right place, and the bum wash - well it works but there's always water splashes on the back of the seat and lid. And I have an elongated toilet! I would not purchase this one unless you are 80lbs or less and have a tiny tiny bum compared to toilet size!

Leaking after four months
Get a bidet!!! They are life changing! I really, really liked this product and it worked, until it didn't. I purchased in February, but then I didn't install until September. (I needed a friend to install for me, and it took him less than 15 minutes.) In January, after four months of use, the sprayer for the back did not work anymore, and it leaks when I try to use it. I am one person and I kept the bidet clean. I did not fiddle with or touch the nozzles. So I need to now purchase another bidet attachment. It is unfortunate that this item had such a short shelf life.
