Arrived in under a week and I was able to install in less than 10 mins. I'm a single mum with no plumbing experience and the instructions were very easy to read and put together. I am very excited to see how this works out but so far I am very happy with it. As my toilet is more round the elongated seat is a little big but eventually I will buy a toilet to match the bidet so it will fit perfectly.

Pretty good product overall. Easy to install. I've only had the product for a few weeks but it seems to be well constructed from quality part. Some surprises for a first time user; heated seat :), the water was warmed to an appropriate temperature, and wand clean themselves upon sitting (occasionally pre-splashing user). One flaw might be that the wands are stationary requiring the user to make some adjustments during use. 

The hardest part of installing this for me was getting between the wall and the toilet to fasten the water supply line to the bidet. Tip: the water intake pipe on the bidet can rotate; attach the supply line before sliding onto the catch plate. It worked like a charm. It's been great. It takes a little getting used to, but you won't want to go back to using paper.

This is my first experience with a bidet. I was very skeptical about using a bidet at first as I wasn’t sure what to expect. This is a bathroom game changer. It a very pleasant experience with the heated water and seat functions. Plus you save money on toilet paper! I really like the soft close feature of the lid so it doesn’t slam shut. The seat was very easy to install. I was able to have it all hooked up and operating in about 15 minutes. 

Easy to install and does what it is supposed to do. I had used a similar toilet in Korea 8 years ago and decided to buy one due to the recent toilet paper shortages. I'm using half as much paper, just enough to pat dry and I feel much cleaner. Heated seat and blue night light are nice extras. Seems to be very high quality materials and construction. Even Duracell batteries included.

This works really well for a non electric bidet. It was easy to install and looks like a regular toilet seat and lid when closed. It has two different spray options. It's easy to use. The only drawback is the the water is not heated. That takes some getting used to but otherwise it's great. Pros Durable, Easy to Use, Sturdy, High Quality, Easy to Install, Looks Great, Nice Design 

Was a perfect fit for my American Standard toilet. Gives the ability to connect to hot water as well. Easy to install. Easy to clean. Well made. 

This was super easy to install! We have had the bidet seat for about a month now, works great. Very happy with this purchase. 

Easy to install, works very well I ddcided to buy a bidet after seeing an ad of smart toilet seat, specially for my pregnant wife. We just used for about a week and the results are very enjoyable and useful during her pregnancy. She really loves the night light. In her later stages, she have trouble maneuvering around her large belly. With this bidet, the bathroom needs became very easy...Happy wife, happy life
