Versatile Features / Easy Installation / Great Bidet with Thorough Instructions & Parts
This is our 3rd Bio Bidet. One 600 Series and Two 2000 Series. The bidet comes with everything you need for installation and very well written / easy to follow instructions. Installation took about 30 minutes with no issues or leaks. Just read carefully and watch the pictures for which hose ends go where. It did take a little help from my wife to attach / slide the seat into place and hold while aligning and tightening, but that was a quick minute of her time....

Another great feature is the new(er) remote. On the older 600, you had to memorize / feel you way / or look down to figure out what button to press. On these 2000's, you have a handheld remote with everything at your fingertips and easy to understand buttons and display. A worthwhile investment and upgrade to any bathroom.

Best purchase and bidet we’ve purchased! Pressure is generous but not uncomfortably. Easy to use, easy to clean and attractive. Guests actually visit just for the privilege of using it and it makes for the most amusing conversations! We couldn’t be happier. We previously had two Toto bidets and both gave out and weren’t working within 12 months not inexpensive. This is absolutely the best. Thanks

We updated from the BB1000 because……want to know why? We are building a shop…a shop, mind you, and hubby wanted a bidet in the shop! So, being the smart wife I am, I told him we would upgrade ours in the house and put our old one in the shop. Great purchase and we’re both delighted. Love some updated features such as the night light, compact remote, self clean stainless nozzle, to name a few.

Must have for today's bathroom
This seat is a huge improvement over the bidet I used while living in France in a very old house. All the functions are very useful. However, I don't understand why the remote control display is not backlit. The side console is helpful at night but it lacks some of the basic functions and the remote is useless at night unless you memorize the location of the function buttons or you turn on a light.

Washed away with the utmost pleasure
I purchased the Bio Bidet 2000. I am 71. I compared several models and chose this because of it's features. I installed it myself from the instructions. The only problem was trying to put a part on that I did not need. After using this for a week, I don't know how I lived without one. I feel so clean all the time. Sure wish I had this in my younger years. I recommend this for every woman.

After visiting Japan last year, my wife and I decided we had to get a "Japanese" style toilet seat for our bathroom. We absolutely love the BioBidet BB-1700 model. It was easy to install in less than an hour just by following the enclosed directions. The warm seat is a pleasure and the various washing functions are easy to use and quite effective. We have recommended this unit to friends and family.

Works as advertised. Love the jet feature and water pressure. I can't figure out how to pre-program the oscilating feature to always come on with the operation like the manual says to. May have a broken unit? Also, surprised to see how many light scratches are on the white plastic seat. Hesitant to try to polish them out as the instructions say to not use any special chemicals in cleaning the seat.

Seat will discolor.
This seat discolors after a year. I have three of them. And all are doing the same thing. Other than that we love the seat! But the yellowish color is not ok. We will be replacing.

I love this bidet. I can see why it has such a good rating. Having the continuous warm water is awesome. I recommend this if you can afford it. Worth the money to me. I was looking at cheaper models with fewer options. Glad I spent the extra money. You get what you pay for.. Easy to install. Took minutes. I did have to install an outlet for power. But the bidet only took about 30 minutes to take off the old and install the bidet,
