Bio Bidet Amazing
I bought this bidet several months ago and it has been the best purchase. It took me months to pull the trigger on a a bidet because you want to pick the best one. This has everything I wanted heated seat, air dry, temperature controlled water. I’d recommend this to anyone who is looking for a top notch bidet. Highly recommended. It came with all the pieces and nozzles so installation took literally 10 minutes. Highly recommended again.
Extremely Low water Pressure
Received and installed this unit as a second bio bidet and an "upgrade" in our master bathroom from a slim edge basic from BIo Bidet (which works extremely well - Very good water pressure and simple to operate) The bb 2000 has unacceptably low water pressure consistent with other reviews about the product on Home depot's site I requested an option to exchange the unit for their Slim Edge unit which i thought was a reasonable request as a customer, and was told to "Try to sell the unit on ebay" . Absolutely pathetic. Will not buy from this company again. Response from Customer service uploaded in photos as part of review.
BB-2000 Is Nothing Short of Magic
This is our first Bidet in the house. And mind you, it's absolutely without a doubt a Magical experience, literally. The BB-2000 was very easy to install. Unbeknownst to me though, I had to go and purchase a new Elongated toilet, no big deal, my wife and I ran over to Costco to pick one up. The toilet install took my son and I about 30 minutes to uninstall the old and install the new. We actually had already installed the BB-2000 on the old bowl not knowing that it wasn't going to work as well...
This is our first Bidet in the house. And mind you, it's absolutely without a doubt a Magical experience, literally. The BB-2000 was very easy to install. Unbeknownst to me though, I had to go and purchase a new Elongated toilet, no big deal, my wife and I ran over to Costco to pick one up. The toilet install took my son and I about 30 minutes to uninstall the old and install the new. We actually had already installed the BB-2000 on the old bowl not knowing that it wasn't going to work as well with the elongated bowl. We still also have to have electric GFCI receptacle ran next to the toilet so for time being we're using an electrical cord to get us by. So, getting past the installs... I have to say again, the BB-2000 is absolutely the best thing to clean my bum ever! You have the culmination of hot water, heated seats, warm air to dry. And mind you, this isn't going to completely dry you. It's like using a hand dryer in a restroom at a restaurant, it's going to do a majority of the job but you'll still need to pat dry. Same premise here, the dryer is amazing and actually gets pretty hot but you'll still need to pat dry. On a side note, I recently had a medical procedure from accidentally swallowing half a toothpick back at a Christmas dinner 2019. So, we're looking at close to 4 months now dealing with issues and I wish I would have purchased the BB-2000 a least 3 months ago. I've been using cold wet wipes for that duration, it's been miserable dealing with cold wipes, sitz baths, using the restroom then bathing after every bowel movement. It's been an untimely and unfortunate circumstance but one in which I would recommend anyone getting a bidet just for medical purposes if needed. I have 3 other bathrooms in the house and looking to install in those as well. I'd say the best thing about the entire processes is actually being more sanitary. We're just getting use to this first bidet. We'll see how it goes and then move on from there. My only request is that BioBidet make a tool to tighten the knobs under the seat that attach to the toilet. It's a little tedious trying to tighten them with your hand in such a tight spot. And using a wrench feels like you're going to snap the plastic screw. Might have to work on that part and/or switch the plastic screw out to a metal screw.
Best Modern looking Bidet Seat
Just received my BB-2000 which is replacing a Brondell. The Brondell seems like a cheap toy in comparison. This has sophisticated modern looks and a high tech quality feel. Higher water pressure than the Brondell and also adds the added enema function. Bio Bidet has the highest water pressure than any other brand out there. Would suggest another model like the Discovery DLS for more classic and antique bathroom designs. You will not find a better Bidet and it is around half the price of other hi...

Only features missing on this is a sitable lid, bowl night light(has nightlight on side of seat) and an automatic closing seat and lid. I did a lot of research and feel that this is the best seat for the price and so much better looking than seats at twice the price.
