I ordered two numbers Bio Bidet 2000 from Calgary, one with sediment filters as the water in Calgary is medium hard. Will come to know of the effectiveness of the sediment filter after 5 years. The installation was easy. I only had to disconnect the connection at the bottom of the water tank to install the three way valve and not required to disconnect from the valve at the wall. Although the shipping was advertised as free I had to pay additional CAD 100 as the customs duty. I personally do not like the hot seat and comfortable with the room temperature seat. The experience with the Bio Bidet is five star and I rate it as the best luxury in my new house. While building the house I had asked for electric point in all the bathrooms. It is also advisable to check with Bidet King before choosing the round or elongated bidet based on the model of the toilet.  Read Less
