So comfortable!
The seat is so comfortable. Why did I wait so long to get a Bidet? Installed it, turned on the water, plugged it in and played with the controls. Couldn't wait till I had one in the chamber so I could really use it! And when I did, It was magical! Adjusted the position, the temp of the water, the force and had it oscillate. I'm getting one each fore the kids for Xmas! They will laugh at first. Then thank me for the best gift ever!

Affordable, easy to install, performs flawlessly. It takes very little time to clean the nozzle, but be aware that the unit does a self cleaning every time it's used. It has so many features that come in handy. If I may suggest, 2 features that I would like to see in the future units: 1 lighted remote control 2 a button that moves the nozzle automatically from top to buttom. Thank you for a great product.

The seat is super comfortable, seat warmer is excellent (and can get a little TOO toasty), the blue light glows just the right amount, the remote works very well, and the water temperature tank works well (and also can get a bit hot if on max). This is definitely a high quality item. Super easy to install as well, even if the instructions show one piece being backwards, so it made for confusion for a minute or two before I realized it was illustrated backwards in the instructions. Now for my one and only critique. I got this based on the power of the spray. And I guess I got exactly what I asked for. This thing is powerful. So much so, that many of the settings are so strong that it can hurt. It is tough having to squirm around trying to make it target the right spot, because where I sit I guess, it shoots in a not-quite-right area, and you have to adjust with the controls. But even then, I still have to scoot around to get it perfectly placed. That part isn't as great. And then with it being too powerful, it then get right up in there a little too fiercely. So I love this thing - it's capable of a lot. But the lowest setting is too weak, and the second level is too strong. So....I find it unable to hit that perfect setting. But it's still an excellent item. Just watch the bum, and careful with messing with that spray power!

It’s amazing to me that a toilet bowl can be so quickly turned into a combination bidet/toilet bowl. This product works exactly as described. Since I live in Florida, we don’t need the heated seat, but if I was back up north, I’d be glad for it. I did have some freshwater leak out under the seat onto the floor during the first couple of uses. I checked that the sprays were angled in the proper direction and have not had the problem again. Money well spent.

This bidet seat is truly incredible, especially at the price it is offered. No complaints at all and the only area for future improvement would perhaps be a backlit remote for viewing in the dark. Great sprays, with such a wide selection of position, intensity, and type. Heated seat, endless heated water and both have temperature adjustments.

Great choice
When I needed to replace my first bidet, it had been discontinued. After much research, I ordered the BB2000. It’s even better than my first purchase. It is more powerful and has a few more positions. Reviews had mentioned it’s louder than some other products, but I haven’t found this to be an issue. I am very happy with the BB2000.

Love this Bidet!
With so many features it’s easy to customize your preferred wash. Love the option to have a heated seat and heated water. You can adjust the spray nozzle back and forth depending on the reach you need and choose different wash programs. Super easy to install. All around excellent experience. Wish we had bought sooner!

Cleanest butt in the neighbourhood
I used a bidet for the first time while on vacation in South Korea. It was life changing. I have no idea why it's not common in north america! I waited a bit before buying the BB-2000 but man oh man I wish I had bought it as soon as my vacation ended. This thing is simply awesome and has all the bells and whistles and performs even better than the one I used on my vacation. The only areas for improvement are super minor - I'd love a backlit screen on the remote and maybe seat/nozzle memory presets

Everyone should have one of these!
I've been using my BioBidet 2000 for about 4 months now. I'd contemplated this purchase for a couple of years and finally made the plunge. I wish I'd done this years ago. Not only is the BioBidet easy to install and use but I feel much better cleaned and comfortable than I did with toilet paper. Water pressure, water temperature and nozzle direction is adjustable to fit individuals just so! If you're on the fence about this purchase, jump now and save some trees!
