We spent several weeks reviewing and comparing over a dozen different types and models. The features offered by the BLISS BB-2000 were exactly what we wanted... including back & front wash, vortex (turbo) wash, variable water temp, warm-air dryer and self-cleaning nozzle. When it arrived, it took us about 30 minutes to install and perfectly replaced our existing seat. Operating the seat is very easy with the wall-mounted/removable remote control. I love this bidet, the BB2000. All of the functions work very well and easy to use. The remote controls the functions: Posterior wash, Feminine Wash, Dry, VORTEX wash, oscillating wash, Massage wash, and Stop The water temperature and seat temperature are easily controlled with the remote, just a push of the buttons! Our favorite thing about the BB2000 is the strength of the water pressure. For anyone wondering if the seat is worth it, the answer is an unequivocal yes! We initially tried the Swash 1400 (purchased elsewhere), and we definitely prefer the BB2000. We are so happy we made the switch! Our favorite thing about the BB2000 is the strength of the water pressure. For anyone wondering if the seat is worth it, the answer is an unequivocal yes! We initially tried the Swash 1400 (purchased elsewhere), and we definitely prefer the BB2000. We are so happy we made the switch! While both models offer heated seats, and adjustable water and seat temperature, the BB2000 has a much stronger range of water pressure, and the actual seat on the BB2000 is much nicer. The night light is also much more subtle and preferable on the BB2000. Initially we thought that the enema feature was a bit 'out there', and frankly we'd never heard of that as a bidet seat feature, but it's turned out to be a great option to have. The dryer on both models is rather weak, but that makes sense. These are delicate areas and really wouldn't want something too strong and risk burning sensitive areas. It would likely take two rounds of drying to dry completely, or just use a bit of TP to pat yourself dry. We found that the feminine wash options on both of these seats does not move forward quite enough to really clean the more forward areas! We wrapped the seat in plastic cling wrap and ran the back and then front cleaning options, and for the front option the wand moved forward 1/8" to 1/4" forward. That's not going to make a huge difference. Although having a wand that would move more forward would be preferable, it's not the main reason for wanting the seat, so it's okay. I'm curious if the TOTO S550E has better placement for its feminine wash options. When we're busy or out, and not using the toilet as often during the day we often turn the seat warmer and water temp off, and then put them back to our preferred settings at the end of the day so it's warm for any overnight and morning use! It saves a bit of hydro, as well as wear and tear on the seat. It would have been nice if the remote was backlit to more easily see the control panel when at night, but the buttons are large, and you get to know where the important ones are. It was easy to install and it's very easy to use. Bidet toilet seats definitely provide cleanliness and comfort in a way that traditional 'cleaning' alone just doesn't. Once you try this seat it will be so disappointing to use a bathroom without it. It can be hard to choose something like this without being able to try them and experience the subtle differences in water pressure and other features, especially as first time bidet seat purchasers. For feminine, it doesn't quite spray as far forward but might be for safety (to avoid UTIs). I can actually use that setting for rear as it is gentler. (I've always had sensitive skin). I don't usually sit through the entire timed cycles for both the spray and drying. At half the drying time, I really don't see any real drying, especially toward front where it might not reach. At... At least I have stopped needing TP and wipes for rear. Will keep cloths on hand to help dry so as to avoid TP residue. Also love that I can have heated water and the heated seat. It may take like 2 seconds to feel the warm water but still so worth it. I would recommend to the company to have a longer water hose for cleaning purposes when you take it off the toilet and maybe an option of a model to have the plug on the left side. Also in the directions, should state that the screen filter for that hose goes closest to the toilet.  Read Less
