After visiting Japan last year, my wife and I decided we had to get a "Japanese" style toilet seat for our bathroom. We absolutely love the BioBidet BB-1700 model. It was easy to install in less than an hour just by following the enclosed directions. The warm seat is a pleasure and the various washing functions are easy to use and quite effective. We have recommended this unit to friends and family. 

We've had several different bidets and this one is by far the best and a great price. The bidet is great. Warm seat, warm water, good strength and spray pattern, easy to install. Highly recommend the BB-2000. They do include an extra supply line that is fine for older homes but the newer plumbing valves/supply lines (push pull valves) make it impossible to use this extra hose. 

I have just recently purchased this bidet on the advice of my doctor. I am a quadriplegic and have limited use of my arms. I’ve had this product a few days and already it has made my life and that of my care givers much easier. You don’t have to be disabled to enjoy the many comforting features of this bidet. From the heated water and seat to the male, female adjustments, they all work seamlessly. I strongly recommend this product. 

We just purchased 3 BB-2000 Bio Bidet Toilet Seats and are extremely happy with the products. They were very easy to install and took less than 10 minutes to compete the installation. They work perfectly and I have to admit that after setting on the warm seat I don't know why we didn't get them earlier. It offers so many features that can be adjusted for each individual.Once again all I can say is we are extremely happy with them. . 

We remodeled our master bathroom and decided to get a bidet. After some research we decided on the Biobidet 2000. This was a great choice. It took about 20 minutes to hook up. Everything except the wrench comes with the bidet. The heated seat is the best feature to me. We live in the Midwest and those cold midnight trips to the bathroom is made much better with a warm toilet seat. We will enjoy this for years to come. 

First unit didnt function properly, BioBidet customer service was super friendly and helpful and made it extremely easy to receive a replacement unit. Took me seconds to swap out the new one with the faulty one and everything worked perfect once replaced. As far as the unit itself, LOVE it. Nice warm water but not too warm, heated seat is awesome and makes a HUGE difference on a chilly morning. This thing was totally worth it 

My husband bought this for himself and he is very happy with it. The plastic seat on the old one broke recently after a couple years, so we won't be able to compare them fairly for about that length of time. We live in Montana, where we currently have an outdoor temperature of -12, and -54 degrees windchill. I gritted my teeth this morning as I sat on the new bidet seat and was pleasantly surprised by its warmth! 

We are a family of three and swear by BioBidet. There are so many pros to having a bidet in the house, and BioBidet is superior to other brands. 1) We use about 1/4 of the toilet paper we used without a bidet 2) Having a warm seat on cold winter mornings is life changing 3) I'm left feeling clean after #2 and ready to proceed with my day 4) The fan takes away the smell of #2 5) Night light is great - I never have to blast my eyes with overhead lights at night trying to use the bathroom In all, it's worth ever penny. This seat will last forever and the quality is unmatched. 

This bidet seat is truly incredible, especially at the price it is offered. No complaints at all and the only area for future improvement would perhaps be a backlit remote for viewing in the dark. Great sprays, with such a wide selection of position, intensity, and type. Heated seat, endless heated water and both have temperature adjustments. 

Bio-bidet 2000 took a few days to adjust but both my husband and I love it. We feel clean after every use. The rear and feminine washing work very well. The remote is nice. A suggestion would be to see it lite at night w/out opening the bathroom light. The blue light on outside is nice but not enough to read remote. The heated water and seat is wonderful and cleans well. All in all we miss our bidet when we are on vacation. We give it a 5 star.
