I loved this. Right from the very beginning. It arrived timely and was amazingly simple to install. It came with the T-connector to connect to the water intake. I loved this. Right from the very beginning. It arrived timely and was amazingly simple to install. It came with the T-connector to connect to the water intake. It has a standard plug to give it power. So, it was connecting the water, plugging it in, and removing the existing toilet seat and replacing with this. That simple. The seat itself was everything it was promoted to be. I was skeptical trying to use just a seat instead of an entire bidet-toilet combination. I needn't have worried. The water spray is just right, temperature is perfect and adding the pulsating stream turns a basal human function into a refreshing experience. I'd highly recommend. It looks like I'll be buying several more for our other bathrooms/toilets. I'd be sure to warn the grandkids' parents, our 4 year old grandson may never fully recover from his experience.  Read Less

I love this bidet, the BB2000. All of the functions work very well and easy to use. The remote controls the functions: Posterior wash, Feminine Wash, Dry, VORTEX wash, oscillating wash, Massage wash, and Stop The water temperature and seat temperature are easily controlled with the remote, just a push of the buttons! This Bidet is great! It is very comfortable to sit on and I'm a big guy. It's nice to feel clean after every use and it cuts down on toilet paper. The remote works well, but I wish it had presets like some of their other remotes. Also I like the idea of a nightlight, but I wish it was inside of the toilet instead of on the side. This Bidet is great! It is very comfortable to sit on and I'm a big guy. It's nice to feel clean after every use and it cuts down on toilet paper. The remote works well, but I wish it had presets like some of their other remotes. Also I like the idea of a nightlight, but I wish it was inside of the toilet instead of on the side. The fan works fine if you wait all 3 minutes. The heated water works well except for the initial spray which comes out a little cold and then warms up. The heated seat works great. I wish the was an option to bring the spray nozzle in and out to fit each person, but it hits me fine. The power of the pump is nice and strong. We use the lowest setting and it is plenty powerful. The pulse feature works pretty well. It is easy to install in about 15 minutes.  Read Less

There are a wide number of settings with the remote, so water temp, pressure, seat warming, nozzle positions, vent, air drying etc. are adjustable to your preference. We've had our BB2000 for about 2 months. Installation is a breeze, All around it is feature packed, and does the job. There are a wide number of settings with the remote, so water temp, pressure, seat warming, nozzle positions, vent, air drying etc. are adjustable to your preference. With a little practice, everything gets dialed in and the bidet works great. Vortex mode is a great additional feature. There are a few minor things to keep in mind. We notice overspray on the back of the seat after use. The air dry feature doesn't completely dry, but honestly not a concern; just run it for more time if it matters to you. The remote is a little complicated, and the user manual doesn't appear to exactly match some settings on the remote. Nothing that you won't figure out with some use. If possible, definitely try to plug in to a (recommended) dedicated circuit. We have no overload issues, but the pulse modes tend to cause our LED lights on the same circuit to flicker slightly. One long term quality concern is the toilet seat lid. Almost immediately, we noticed that the contact area where the lid touches the toilet tank when up is already scuffed. We are gentle users, and the fact that the lid is scuffing feels unecessarily cheap. Will we buy another bidet? You bet! We're total converts. One thing we will probably opt for is a unit that has a self opening/closing lid; not necessary, but a nice civilized touch.  Read Less

It will clean you completely and dry you (mostly). The amount of toilet paper and baby wipes I use will be reduced dramatically. No more stopped up toilet... I had a bidet several years ago and it didn't have the features this one does. I appreciate the heated seat and the water stays warm and doesn't get cold after it has run for a while. I like the fact you can adjust the nozzle to fit your body, as well as the power of the stream and heat settings. The pulsating features are really nice too :)  Read Less
