After traveling to Japan in November of 2019, I knew I had to have a toilet seat bidet in my house upon my return. They are used everywhere in Japan and I told myself this is a must have when I get back to the US. I researched the bidets and locked in on the BB-2000. It truly is an awesome bidet and had every feature I was looking for in a bidet. Some of the features I absolutely love are the heated seat (awesome on a cold night), the heated water control, the oscillating feature and the soft blue night lite. I've had mine for about 5 months now and will never be without again. It does a great job cleaning you and the bidet itself is very easy to clean. Can't say enough about the BB-2000! I love this bidet, the BB2000. All of the functions work very well and easy to use. The remote controls the functions: Posterior wash, Feminine Wash, Dry, VORTEX wash, oscillating wash, Massage wash, and Stop The water temperature and seat temperature are easily controlled with the remote, just a push of the buttons! The feature list is lengthy and really covers every base except for the "pre-mist" functionality that some other brands include, but we really haven't missed that much so far. The feature list is lengthy and really covers every base except for the "pre-mist" functionality that some other brands include, but we really haven't missed that much so far. Water pressure during use is great and I use the oscillating feature which really cleans you. We haven't used the heated seat feature and not sure we'll need to when winter gets here, but it's a nice feature to have. We use the Eco feature so that the bidet water tank isn't always heating when we're not using the bidet. Initial water temp is almost luke-warm and within seconds heats up nicely. The fan doesn't completely dry you, but I've heard that other brands have the same issue. We use toilet paper to dry our hinies when we're done. We'd highly recommend the Bio-Bidet BB-2000 for anyone looking at buying a bidet.  Read Less
