So comfortable!
The seat is so comfortable. Why did I wait so long to get a Bidet? Installed it, turned on the water, plugged it in and played with the controls. Couldn't wait till I had one in the chamber so I could really use it! And when I did, It was magical! Adjusted the position, the temp of the water, the force and had it oscillate. I'm getting one each fore the kids for Xmas! They will laugh at first. Then thank me for the best gift ever!

Very Good
Works as advertised. Love the jet feature and water pressure. I can't figure out how to pre-program the oscilating feature to always come on with the operation like the manual says to. May have a broken unit? Also, surprised to see how many light scratches are on the white plastic seat. Hesitant to try to polish them out as the instructions say to not use any special chemicals in cleaning the seat.

better wash
This BB2000 provides a better, more thorough wash than the other brand 1400. I would have given a 5-star review but not much happens when I push the Oscillate button, AKA it stays in the same spot. Even with this function not working I would still buy this again over the other brand 1400. - BidetKing shipped fast, very pleased with their service.

Simply not enough
Although I enjoy the seat warmer and warm water, this bidet is not worth it. The water pressure is not strong enough and it only covers a small area of the bum even when the pressure is all the way up and the oscillating function is on. I actually get more coverage from the MUCH cheaper bidet I have in another bathroom, even though it’s manual.

I'm in Love!
I have had this seat since May and it is the best toilet seat I've ever had and I can't wait for winter! I will never fear the dreaded freezing toilet seat in the morning ever again. It works great and I love feeling squeaky clean. The back and forth option is awesome as well as all the other settings. I do wish the fan dried quicker, as I'm always pressed for time. This seat is worth every penny and I would buy it again in a heartbeat!

Hit or miss
We bought one a year ago and are happy with that. Last month we added another one but unfortunately, the second one has some problems. The L port was hard to install tightly without leaking. The dryer makes a weird noise when running. And the oscillating function cannot be set to auto, a software issue maybe? Could be a lemon or their quality control has gone bad over the last year.

Excellent product
Excellent product. Does what it's meant to do, and does it very well. The oscillation feature, in particular, is very nice. Installation was easy, and I appreciate that the seat bumpers are small. Some competitors (Alpha, notably) have really tall bumpers that leave a big gap between the seat and the toilet rim, which allows for leakage (gross). That doesn't seem to be an issue with the BB-2000. The only thing I'd change is placing the light under the seat so it lights the bowl.

Outstanding Bidet
After traveling to Japan in November of 2019, I knew I had to have a toilet seat bidet in my house upon my return. They are used everywhere in Japan and I told myself this is a must have when I get back to the US. I researched the bidets and locked in on the BB-2000. It truly is an awesome bidet and had every feature I was looking for in a bidet. Some of the features I absolutely love are the heated seat (awesome on a cold night), the heated water control, the oscillating feature and the soft blue night lite. I've had mine for about 5 months now and will never be without again. It does a great job cleaning you and the bidet itself is very easy to clean. Can't say enough about the BB-2000! A homerun in my book. Buy one today, you won't have any regrets.
