Works as advertised. Love the jet feature and water pressure. I can't figure out how to pre-program the oscilating feature to always come on with the operation like the manual says to. May have a broken unit? Also, surprised to see how many light scratches are on the white plastic seat. Hesitant to try to polish them out as the instructions say to not use any special chemicals in cleaning the seat. 

This bidet seat is truly incredible, especially at the price it is offered. No complaints at all and the only area for future improvement would perhaps be a backlit remote for viewing in the dark. Great sprays, with such a wide selection of position, intensity, and type. Heated seat, endless heated water and both have temperature adjustments. 

My older Brondell Swash stopped working so we looked around for a new bidet. Decided on the Bio Bidet 2000, installed a few days ago. We find the unit sturdier, with a stronger wash and "turbo' cycle. The warm water, dryer and nightlight are much appreciated. A few points of note, wish the remote control was lighted, wish the nightlight could be dimmed, and it does seem a bit noisier. Overall, a step up from the Brondell, still a good one. 

This was our first bidet seat purchase and we are impressed. Having recently undergone surgery which warrants cleanliness and comfort, this seat has been a lifesaver. Easy to install, intuitive controls including adjustable temperature, pressure and spray control. Only real downside is the cover being too lightweight to sit on. The main seat is comfortable and very sturdy. Overall, love this seat and probably won’t ever be without one again! 

We've had several different bidets and this one is by far the best and a great price. The bidet is great. Warm seat, warm water, good strength and spray pattern, easy to install. Highly recommend the BB-2000. They do include an extra supply line that is fine for older homes but the newer plumbing valves/supply lines (push pull valves) make it impossible to use this extra hose. 

Bio-bidet 2000 took a few days to adjust but both my husband and I love it. We feel clean after every use. The rear and feminine washing work very well. The remote is nice. A suggestion would be to see it lite at night w/out opening the bathroom light. The blue light on outside is nice but not enough to read remote. The heated water and seat is wonderful and cleans well. All in all we miss our bidet when we are on vacation. We give it a 5 star. 

I wish I bought one of these a long time ago! You get squeaky clean and save money on TP! We love all the adjustments to temperature and water pressure, also the wide spray function. As others have said, the femal wash doesn't quite reach far forward enough. But other than that, the BB-2000 is awesome! Finally, the biggest disappointment was the website said there was a free gift included with purchase. But we did not receive one. 

OK, I was skeptical about even having a Bidet. Did some research and came up with the BB2000 BioBidet. It has all the bells and whistles you need. More specifically, heated seat, on-demand hot water, multi wash modes, dry mode, self cleaning mode. Any to top it off, incredibly simple to install and simple instructions. Take my word, you won't be disappointed with this product. Treat yourself to this luxury item! 

Bought as gift for husband who loves it! I’m a fan too, the warm seat alone is amazing, it’s a shock to use another toilet. The drying feature is a little weak, not staying around for a few extra minutes for that. The warm seat, nightlight, and “wash” are great. Very easy to operate, I just use side buttons. Did call a plumber for install though; he had to make some adjustments to screws and bolts. 

After visiting Japan last year, my wife and I decided we had to get a "Japanese" style toilet seat for our bathroom. We absolutely love the BioBidet BB-1700 model. It was easy to install in less than an hour just by following the enclosed directions. The warm seat is a pleasure and the various washing functions are easy to use and quite effective. We have recommended this unit to friends and family.
