This bidet seat is truly incredible, especially at the price it is offered. No complaints at all and the only area for future improvement would perhaps be a backlit remote for viewing in the dark. Great sprays, with such a wide selection of position, intensity, and type. Heated seat, endless heated water and both have temperature adjustments. 

I've been using basic Bidets for years. Decided it was time to step it up and get a real one with all the features. Hands down one of the best things I've bought for myself [and rest of the household] in a really long time. Now with the heated seat. Temp and pressure adjustments. And a dryer .... everyone loves it and traditional toilet trips are a thing of the past! 

First unit didnt function properly, BioBidet customer service was super friendly and helpful and made it extremely easy to receive a replacement unit. Took me seconds to swap out the new one with the faulty one and everything worked perfect once replaced. As far as the unit itself, LOVE it. Nice warm water but not too warm, heated seat is awesome and makes a HUGE difference on a chilly morning. This thing was totally worth it 

I've owned 3 different bidet seats, one was very popular and pretty expensive. This BioBidet BB-2000 is by far the best with the strongest spray and continuously warm water. Many useful features and easy to use remote. While not cheap, it is very reasonable considering the quality of the seat and its features. If I needed another one, there is no question that I would buy this same one again. 

WOW!! I was somewhat worried about water pressure in my neighborhood being low, after researching and reading reviews I went with the BioBidet BB-2000 due to it having a hybrid water system, meaning a storage tank and internal pump for water spray cleansing. I’m new to this market but very pleased with water pressure and temperature. This unit seemed to offer more than the higher end Bidets for half the cost. Highly recommend  

It's been about 10 years since I used a bidet. I forgot how much I missed it. We got it a couple months ago and so far no problems. The water pressure and temperature work just fine. Absolutely saving on toilet paper. And it's refreshing to use. It is certainly worth the purchase. The only thing that I would say is that the remote control does not have an LED light. And for those of us who wear glasses that is important. I highly recommend. 

This is a fine bidet for a good price. I like the continuous warm water, the handy remote which can be easily attached to the wall with the included adhesive strip, the self clean mode is strong, and the night light is a nice touch. All around it is a very good unit. Also, it is very sleek, a good looking machine. I had to take one star away because of the enema function. It works, but it is not nearly as strong as with other bidets, particularly the Lotus Bidet. 

My older Brondell Swash stopped working so we looked around for a new bidet. Decided on the Bio Bidet 2000, installed a few days ago. We find the unit sturdier, with a stronger wash and "turbo' cycle. The warm water, dryer and nightlight are much appreciated. A few points of note, wish the remote control was lighted, wish the nightlight could be dimmed, and it does seem a bit noisier. Overall, a step up from the Brondell, still a good one. 

This was our first bidet seat purchase and we are impressed. Having recently undergone surgery which warrants cleanliness and comfort, this seat has been a lifesaver. Easy to install, intuitive controls including adjustable temperature, pressure and spray control. Only real downside is the cover being too lightweight to sit on. The main seat is comfortable and very sturdy. Overall, love this seat and probably won’t ever be without one again! 

We've had several different bidets and this one is by far the best and a great price. The bidet is great. Warm seat, warm water, good strength and spray pattern, easy to install. Highly recommend the BB-2000. They do include an extra supply line that is fine for older homes but the newer plumbing valves/supply lines (push pull valves) make it impossible to use this extra hose.
