Very nice for our first bidet
We got this just in case COVID or the next disaster causes people to buy up all the toilet paper in the stores. Easy to install except the metal nut on the water line was hard to screw on the plastic male end under the toilet tank. Once I got that piece secure, the rest was smooth install. I thought the cold water would be a problem but seems to have no surprise when it cleans.
intergrated bidet seat best way to go
We were using a bidet attachment but we tried this seat with the bidet integrated into it and found it works much better. Additional benefits include easier cleaning under the toilet rim since the spray jets don’t stick down. The seats themselves are very comfortable too. Finally, and most importantly it provides a much better cleaning experience all for just under $100. Id highly recommend it for a bidet using room temp water.
Fabulous Bidet
Easy to install and easy to use. Self-cleaning nozzles and adjustable pressure. The ambient temperature water is very comfortable. I am so happy I purchased this product.
Amazing feeling of clean!
Excellent quality and the instructions were easy to follow. I bought four (4) units and unheated water is fine. Wish I owned them for years.
Pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied!
This is my first Bidet experience in my own home. I have seen and used some pretty fancy models in Japan but the simplicity of this Bidet Toilet Seat is what makes it so great. Hooked it up myself in a matter of minutes. Adjusts to fit your bowl in minutes and not a single leak. I was very skeptical about the water temp but honestly is a zero issue. I think I actually prefer the cooler water over a heated unit. Very functional, does exactly as intended and as simply as possible. No power (electrical) worry about or even any additional plumbing. Overall we are extremely satisfied and would recommend to anyone considering at bidet!
Life Changing!
I absolutely love this bidet and highly recommend everyone to get a bidet. You honestly save on toilet paper and you feel sooooo much cleaner. I've owned a handheld bidet and a Tushy bidet and none of it compares to this one because it's an actual toilet seat so you don't have to worry about adjusting the bidet to the toilet seat. I'm a new homeowner with no plumbing experience and was able to install this bidet. Also, another plus is since it only uses tepid water, it doesn't require any additional hoses or outlets.
Cleanest booty on my block
I love this thing. Omg. I can never go back to the pre-bidet life. First of all, I’m a 25 year old woman. I bought a set of screwdrivers with this bidet because I didn’t previously own any, so that should tell you how much experience I have doing anything even remotely handy. (Also you don’t actually need any tools to install this. I kept the screwdrivers anyway because I guess adults should have those). It was super easy to install. (Also you don’t actually need any tools to install this. I kept the screwdrivers anyway because I guess adults should have those). It was super easy to install. I did it myself in less than 30 minutes. Anyway. It takes some getting used to, and the water pressure is stronger than you’d expect when you use it the first time. It’s definitely a shock. Also the cold temperature might be a turn off for people, but I don’t mind it. It takes a bit to perfect your positioning, but once you get the hang of it, you’ll never go back. It’s easy to use, makes you feel fresh, and fun to talk about at parties. If you want a fresh booty hole, get this. I’m buying it for my family for Christmas because I KNOW they’re walking around with subpar booty hole cleanliness and I have to intervene.
I wish I had purchased the bidet years ago. With age I have developed quite a bit of arthritis and reaching and twisting can be painful. After one use I knew I had made an extremely beneficial purchase. The bidet is easy to use, allowing the user to control the force and direction of the spray. A small amount of toilet tissue is all that is required for blotting dry. I used to use several flushable wipes and since the bidet was installed I have not needed even one. I have been using the bidet for about 6 weeks and I have already recommended purchase to my friends and family. One of the questions frequently asked is about the temperature of the water. I was surprised that water temperature is not at all an issue. Friends are also wondering if any part of the bidet makes contact with the body and the answer is no. There is nothing negative for me to comment. With use, one can have an "after shower clean" feeling and assurance of fresh personal hygiene. My son was able to easily install the bidet seat with the connection to the water supply in less than 20 minutes.

There's an installation video on YouTube (much more helpful than the instruction book,) and installation took me about 30 minutes from start to finish. I agree with the poster who said the water pressure can be too strong, and that matters because water can fly through my legs and wet the front of the seat and floor. The water temperature is no problem, and with the Ecoseat I need a lot less TP. It's easy to use and a very good value for the price.
Great value. Would buy again.
This is my first time purchasing a bidet. While there are a lot of bidets out there with various fancy features, e.g. heat/warm water, electronic controls, etc... and wondered if I would be missing out by not having those features, after purchasing and using the Brondell, I do not feel like I am missing out on anything. This is my first time purchasing a bidet. While there are a lot of bidets out there with various fancy features, e.g. heat/warm water, electronic controls, etc... and wondered if I would be missing out by not having those features, after purchasing and using the Brondell, I do not feel like I am missing out on anything. I also believe that keeping it simple means it will be less likely to break or fail. The bidet has one job to do and this unit does it well. It gets you clean and allows you to use less toilet paper. The interface is incredibly simple to use. Installation was a breeze and included everything you need. As for the lack of heat / warm water, this may vary from home to home, but I do not find the water cold at all. (I do keep a fairly fixed temperature on my thermostat, so I suspect my pipes do not get as cold as they otherwise could.) I will however add that my wife tried the feminine feature and found that the reach was not right for her. I can see how a woman might want one that offers more fine tuning. It is for this reason that I have given it 4 stars instead of 5. If you do not need the feminine feature, then this unit is a 5 out of 5. Aside from the feminine feature, if I could add just one thing to my wish list, it would be for a bidet seat made of ceramic/porcelain. I do not believe one exists on the market. That said, while I worried this seat would not be as comfortable or nice as the normal ceramic seat it replaces, I actually found this plastic seat to be more comfortable to sit on, such that I do not mind at all that it is plastic. The plastic does keep the cost down and means I would not worry much if it broke and needed replacing with a new unit.
