I bought two white Brondell toilet seat elongated bidet for my 2 bathrooms in my house 3 or 4 years ago from Lowes due to my youngest child's dislike of toilet paper. Since then, this week the t valve leaked water (stripped out due to two house moves this last year) so I bought a brondell easy spa bidet attachment which has the t valve part my father in law plunber needed to fix the leaking valve. If I hadn't move twice, I am sure that t valve would have been working fine probably. You can buy that part online at https://www.brondell.com/bidets/bidet-parts-accessories/ cheaper and have the replacement t valve shipped to your house. I was in a hurry plus now I got a backup bidet attachment just in case. My father in law likes the high quality metal parts, hoses, and easy setup. I like the child friendly water spray knob which won me over versus the hand held bidet which my children would use as a water gun in the bathroom (big mess). I highly recommend this affordable seat bidet to all families especially parents who got potty trained children who don't use enough toilet paper. Buying this bidet has been a great first experience and it would be hard to go back to no bidet life. It definitely changed our family for better!  Read Less

The Bidet itself is great. There is a wash mode for the front and back. I have attached it to cold-water only. There is no issue with the water being too cold. The seat is comfortable for the elongated base. The lid is a soft close. My complaint, however, is the control knob for the water - it is plastic. It has split as mentioned in other reviews. The Bidet itself is great. There is a wash mode for the front and back. I have attached it to cold-water only. There is no issue with the water being too cold. The seat is comfortable for the elongated base. The lid is a soft close. My complaint, however, is the control knob for the water - it is plastic. It has split as mentioned in other reviews. The side mount knob applies more stress to the knob post than a top mount. I compared the style on two different bidets. I contacted the company. Unless I can show proof of purchase and proof it is less than one year old, they will do nothing. The replacement is $7 with an additional $8 to $10 in shipping charge. The amount of shipping costs for a plastic knob is not at all reasonable, nor is the price of the knob. I am looking elsewhere for a knob to prevent their additional profit at my expense. I will say their customer service needs improvement and/or improve the construction of the knob. The knob should be well made based upon the expectations of usage. Too many of us are having the same issue, this must be addressed by Brondell.  Read Less

This is a good basic bidet but beware if you have a Toto or other “fancy” toilet, it can be impossible to install per the instructions with the “T” that comes with the unit (silver in photo) due to a lack of room inside the area where the toilet tank outlet comes out from under the tank. (The instructions tell you to install the T onto the toilet tank.) Many designer toilets leave precious little room or access back there. This is a good basic bidet but beware if you have a Toto or other “fancy” toilet, it can be impossible to install per the instructions with the “T” that comes with the unit (silver in photo) due to a lack of room inside the area where the toilet tank outlet comes out from under the tank. (The instructions tell you to install the T onto the toilet tank.) Many designer toilets leave precious little room or access back there. The solution is to leave in place(!) the toilet hose you have where it attaches to the toilet tank (despite what the instructions say). Turn off the water at the wall valve as instructed, but remove the existing hose from that wall valve instead of from the tank. Then attach a new hose, 3/8” female on both ends, to the wall valve. Then buy and attach a 3/8” T to: 1) that hose, 2) the existing hose going to the toilet tank, and 3) the hose that comes with the bidet and runs to the bidet. (Note, such a T comes with female connectors, but they can be unscrewed.) See photos. By leaving in place your existing hose at the toilet tank, all that plumbing can be done outside the tight spaces behind the toilet. Much easier! Then you just shove the hoses behind the toilet. It may be a bit unsightly to have extra hose and a brass T somewhat exposed, but it will save you much frustration!  Read Less
