I can't imagine living without this item. Everything is controllable, seat temp., Water temp., Water pressure, self cleaning nozzle, all with a remote control. Setup took me 15 minutes. Setup is super easy, just follow the directions. If you use it correctly, forget toilet paper. The only thing I would add is the dryer. You may need to use the dryer 2 cycles. That's what I do to avoid using any toet pressure. Highly Recommend, will pay for itself in a matter of months.

The unit works well but pales in comparison to our Toto bidet toilet which cost 2 1/2 more. The unit was easy to install and worked as expected after spending 20 minutes reading instructions and playing with remote control. A visitor will not walk into your bathroom and intuitively operate the remote control. I custom fit it in our class c motor home.

Bought this model on a Black Friday sale and it is wonderful. Water stays warm for several minutes, blower is spot on and the controls are easy to understand. The gentle and pulse modes are nice to have. It was easy to install. Night light is really bright. I have 2 other bidets in my home slightly cheaper and this model is by far the best and worth the extra money.

Easy installation just as advertised.
Almost everything I needed in the box. Had to swap out the hard pipe connection to the tank, but that was my issue. All connections, washers, nuts everything needed to complete this job was there. I added Teflon tape just for good measure but with the included rubber washers it most likely wasn't needed. The bowl fitment was perfect and the seat secured perfectly just as the online installation video illustrated. When the water was first turned on, not one leak! Remote keypad works perfectly.

This bidet is really something. It is packed with features and super easy to install. Fits my older toilet perfectly. The design allows for a lot of adjustment options without having the seat attached. That makes finding the perfect position when installing a breeze. I love the ability to store two user settings. Once programmed you never need to adjust the settings again. Simply push the user 1 or 2 button and viola you are good to go, no pun intended. Great array of water pressures, temperatures, and nozzle locations. It even has different spray patterns. The heated water lasts for a full 2 minute wash cycle but I have not needed two minutes yet. The hottest setting is plenty hot too. Both the lid and seat are soft close. The seat heater is a luxurious feature but it does not automatically shut off. Would be nice to have the heater sense when you sit and shut down when you are done but it’s not a deal breaker. I also love the heated drier feature. You must keep in mind that it is normal to have residual moisture. The soft blue light is great and it can also be disabled. Haven’t used a single piece of TP since I installed my bidet. It’s a nice feeling to know I am helping the environment AND getting cleaner at the same time. I also purchased the in-line water filter and am just as pleased with it. This is a quality product made by a reputable company. It’s worth every penny. I don’t think you can find a more feature packed bidet for the price. Buy with confidence.

Pretty great bidet
We bought this because we finally have an outlet close enough to a toilet to use an electric bidet. It's great! It was easy to install, it's easy to use, and is a treat. It's 4 stars because the seat opening isn't quite as big as an elongated bowl; it's about an inch or two smaller. And as everyone knows, when it comes to toilet openings every inch counts. I also wish there was a way for the nightlight to be scheduled. That said, we really like it. The warm water is very pleasant, and the heated seat is a treat. I'm looking forward to buying more of these for the other bathrooms.
