We bought the CT 1500 model 2 years ago on a recommendation. We love it, the control panel is easy to use and the functions are really great; heated seat, heated water with different temperatures, pressure control, position control. It’s a deluxe model compared to more basic ones we tried elsewhere. Only problem we had is that the seat cracked lightly on the outer edge recently, we don’t know why. Still usable but we contacted the company and they sent us a replacement seat at no charge. Really great customer support, they responded quickly to our issue and resolved it in no time.

The CLEANTOUCH CT-1500R has been a fantastic upgrade to our bathroom. The warm water wash and heated seat add so much comfort, especially in colder months. I love the stainless steel self-cleaning nozzle for hygiene, and the LED nightlight is a helpful touch. Their customer service in Canada is excellent. I had a problem with nozzle. , and they were quick and friendly with their support. Great product, made with quality in Korea, and backed by solid service – highly recommend!

I discovered bidet seats during a trip to South Korea a few years ago. I was looking for a bidet seat for a while, then I found this Clean Touch bidet seat. Made in South Korea which is totally a plus, packed with a lot of features for a reasonable price point, the quality seems good (stainless steel nozzle, among other things). Installation was a breeze. If you prefer instruction videos, Clean Touch has some great YouTube video on their website to guide you through the installation. The unit itself works great and is quite simple to operate. So far I am quite impressed. Fast shipping, well packed. The compagny has a local Canadian branch, which is convenient if I would require help/spare parts/repairs.

I was not aware I needed a heated seat until now, but now I need to tell you that yes, you too need a heated seat! In your car and in your bathroom! This model has no dryer and I am okay with that. I don't think any dryer is going to be as effective as the traditional means of ... ahem... drying off anyways. So, it's nice to save a few dollars and not worry about that feature. Durability will need to be tested and the only way to do that is time, but I'll be sure to edit this review if necessary. Until then, happy driving!

Great product but ...
Had it for 3 months. Budget item and has everything I wanted which was great. A couple of meh issues, not a deal breaker but some area of improvement. 1. The cleaning nozzle could be a little longer when fully extended. 2. Never noticed it before but as of late, the first 2 seconds of water spray is cold so you'd have to brace and then the desired temperature will follow. Still a life changing purchase w/ room for improvement hence the 4 star. Will have to see if it passes the test of time.

Replacing my old BB-800 with this new CT-1500
No complaint on my old BB-800, i have used it for over 10 years and recently it has a small leak coming from the nozzle. I figure it is about time to replace it. Search on Amazon and found this CT-1500 which looks similar to my old BB-800 with control panel on the side ( I personally don't like using a remote for bidet control). Installation was easy, it only took my about an hour to swap the old one out, clean the toilet and put the new one in. The only thing I would suggest is to replace the metal mounting bolt with plastic one, as metal one may get rusted over time. May also want to supply a longer screw for easier installation. Don't get me wrong, the screws supplied work fine, just a couple suggestion for future improvement. Water pressure water temperature, and nozzle position are adjustable, so I am sure you will find the right settings for your enjoyment. Another good feature on this is the nozzle clean function with cleans the nozzle and will let the nozzle stay in the "out" position to allow your own preference of cleaning. So far so good after one day of use.

This bidet works very well, the warm water lasts approx 1 minute, the seat get quite warm, the light is a light blue, the remote control is easy to understand and operate, the front and rear spray aim is not that different, the turbo is similar to regular setting, there are really more options then you really need, basic operations in greater use are the warm water setting, seat heat setting, and the regular rear setting. overall very satisfied with bidet seat and you sure feel very clean after using it. After one year this Bidet has performed well and and as it should everything it is suppose to do, very happy with this purchase.
