My previous USPA bidet seat had sprung a leak, after 7 years of use. I contacted the supplier, Fraser International Trading, and their representative, Michael, was most efficient as he helped me navigate through the task of identifying exactly where the leak was and what would be involved in repairing the unit. He also helped me to select the best replacement unit when I realized that fixing the old one would be too costly. After comparing the USPA models with other manufacturers' products, I ordered the USPA UB-6235 and despite the fact that I am a 78-year old lady, I managed to remove the old bidet seat from the toilet and install the new model myself, without assistance - in fact, it was surprisingly simple. The best news is that I love the new bidet seat even more than the old one. The UB-6235 was reasonably priced and has a sleeker look, better water pressure and a lot more features than the old one. Have been using this bidet for several weeks and am very pleased with the product. So far I feel it is a good product for the price paid. I would give it 4.5 stars for the price if I could. Pros: Easy to install if you have DIY know how, everything for a Canadian installation was included. All the features work exactly as advertised. Water temperature control is good, water pressure is good. Works well for its intended cleaning purpose. Toilet paper consumption is dramatically reduced. CONS: The water heater only provides enough warm water for one and half cycles. So if you choose to do 2 washes, the water temperature starts to drop part way through the 2nd cycle. The air dryer does not fully dry you with one drying cycle, so a little bit of toilet paper is needed to finish the job. Read Less

So I've been looking at bidet's for a while and decided to try this product. I have used them in Asia and here in the US at other houses, and have been very excited to get my own. I've only had it for a few days now so I can't attest to its longevity but I'll try to give a brief rundown of the product so far Installation: Pretty easy. Everything was provided so it was decently easy to install. I did have to get plumbers tape for one of the fittings but it was cheap. I'm not a plumber but decently handy and found that a normal person can set this up. Seat: The seat feels different from other ones I've used in that the "hole" it feels a little bit smaller than a normal toilet but it's fine for usage. The seat heater is really nice as is the position of the side panel. Functions: All the cleansing functions are really great. I like the fact that there's different settings to adjust it to your preference. If you push the button 2x on the cleansing and drying buttons they will change the settings. The double push on the drying function is necessary and the one main downfall I've found so far is that the dry only dries the backside, not the front. Toilet paper still necessary. The deoderization seems to run every time and I wish there was a button to run it only when needed (I didn't get the extra one in my package and I feel like this might run out quickly). I'm not sure if the economy is working and will have to test further but it seems like a nice function to save energy. Water: The temperatures when set to the higher settings are good about working quickly (no cold water which I have experienced before). The pressure is nice at all settings. I was considering some of the much higher priced models that have more options. So far my impression of this bidet is that it's a really great bidet for the price. Apart from some small hiccups, this product is exactly as described and fully worth it for the price. Read Less
