Wonderful After Service
The company was wonderful. We bought bidet 5 years ago but only seat broken. However they fixed on seat for us. We dropped a bidet at the port coquitlam store and replaced our cracked seat in one day. Much better price than buying an entire new bidet. Thank you so much 😍
Works well but size may be off...
Very feature in the bidet works as advertised. I am giving it 4 stars because it does not fit all standard toilets. I have a standard round bowl, and I got the small size. When installed, you can see the edge of the porcelain bowl underneath (see photo). The problem is that the small size has a little bit of an oblong shape, even though it is small... This is just an esthetic problem, as it does not affect any feature of the bidet. The installation is easy, the sprays work as advertised, the dryer is weak, the warm seat is really nice... Overall, I recommend the product, but be careful about the fit!
It’s decent enough
The water from the toilet is warm and comfortable, but the dryer isn’t strong enough to dry things off.

One Big Weakness. Leaks all night. I can't sleep. Drip, Drip, Drip. Who repairs these in Toronto?
