This is my second purchase of this item, (one upstairs and one downstairs) and love it. Has more features than other units I have come across and have had my first purchase for over a year now with no issues other than changing out the battery on the remote. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to add a Bidet seat to their toilet this is the one to buy without breaking the bank.

I never considered having a bidet myself, but my son, do to an injury on his spine, his doctor suggested buying one. He had bought two different units from other manufacturers but neither of them was satisfactory. He bought this model from BidetKing and was so pleased with it he convinced me to get one, and I like it so much I may get another for the other toilets in my home. It took a couple of days to get familiar with all the functions but now I can't imagine not having it. 

My Mom has had this bidet for several years and had no complaints so we ordered as our first bidet. It was what we expected, fairly easy install ( 2 people who are NOT handy). The only reason for 4 stars is that the dryer is useless. It does not dry your behind in any way, shape, or form. Other than that, works great and my hubby, who was skeptical, is on it all the time! 

This was purchased for my 92 year old Father. The first one lasted 5 years. We live in very hard well water which corroded and plugged the hoses. This will not happen again since we've learned to buy filters. My sister wasn't interested in buying bidet for pops. Once easy install was finished, Sister changed her tune seeing the sparkle in pops eye! "I never thought a simple bidet would make pops so happy" she said. Keep up the good work 

Love this seat, easy install. I've installed other brands for friends and I have had to run to the hardware store for hose and valves. was expecting to do the same with mine but was pleasantly surprised when I discovered it came with everything required including a fitting adapter for my size water valve. This seat does everything as advertised. First time I used it I had no regrets about the cost.

Great price for a bidet. It meets our needs and there are plenty of options available in this model at a better value. It was very easy to install! I am not a plumber or handywoman by any means, but it took me about 30 minutes to install. The instructions were very easy to follow. I feel that the water pressure is fine, but my SO believes otherwise. We are very satisfied with the product.

This is a great product, it takes some getting used to and figuring out the settings for you, but once you do it does a really great job cleaning your backside. The heated seat and heated water are definitely a plus, if you get them you will Not regret it. The only think I would change is to have the dryer be a little stronger. It blows air at the end, but it is a little weak and takes a while, so wiping is still needed to speed things up. 

Overall, I love this seat. Lots of features, but I would expect so at this price. The power cord is super long. I don’t know that I’d get a dryer on my next seat - fairly useless. One thing about this seat - the portion of the seat under your hammys is fairly thin - that leads to cutting off the circulation to your legs if you’re sitting on here for more than 10mins. Just saying. My next seat I will look for a wider sitting foundation. 

I finally finished installing it today and I tried it for the first time a couple hours ago. This is an upgrade for me from a non-electrical bidet. I love it! It is everything I expected and wanted. Thanks for selling me this bidet seat. Who knows after it's life, I might go for a bidet toilet combo and it will be from you good folks at Bidet King. Keep up the good work! 

This product is perfect. I'd always wanted a bidet, but never thought I had the room. Then, a friend showed me hers and advised me where to order it. I love it and can't believe I've lived without one all of these years. I suffer from IBS-D, and this product is a God-send to anyone with intestinal problems/diseases such as mine. However, even without intestinal difficulties, the hygienic benefits are well worth the very reasonable price, not to mention the ecological benefits of using far less toilet paper and bathroom wipes.
