Installation Notes
All of our bidets should only be installed by licensed plumbers. On electric models where there is not an outlet, then a licensed electrician should be used to install one. We recommend a dedicated 15 or 20amp GFI circuit be used, and local codes followed. Periodic maintenance and inspection of the unit is required. Optional bidet water filters must be replaced every 6 months. Hoses and all connections should be checked frequently. These units must be protected from freezing and if not used for extended periods, it should be disconnected. Please contact us with any specific questions you may have.

After a couple months, this bidet has completed ceased to function. First, it stopped making hot water, then the nozzle wouldn't come out correctly, now it won't turn on.
Very good bidet seat, easy to install.
Excellent product, bought it for my wife and she loves it, we now have 2 in 2 different homes, the first one is now several years old and we have not experienced any problmes.
Wash cycles did not work on arrival.
I installed the seat. It appeared that it would work and then the lights for the pressure control started cycling through the whole sequence (green, amber and red) with an audible tune. None of the wash cycles would work. I believe there is some kind of electronic problem.
