All the features we wanted at a great price!

I'd wanted a washlet for a while, and my husband, after a business trip to Korea, wound up wanting one as well. I had assumed one with all the features that make a washlet worth it would cost over a grand, so it was kind of just a "someday!" wishlist thing. When I came across this Clean Sense bidet though, my husband and I were both really excited that we could get something with a heated seat, heated water, multiple wash functions, a drier, soft-close seat, air filter, AND a pretty cool-lookin...

I'd wanted a washlet for a while, and my husband, after a business trip to Korea, wound up wanting one as well. I had assumed one with all the features that make a washlet worth it would cost over a grand, so it was kind of just a "someday!" wishlist thing. When I came across this Clean Sense bidet though, my husband and I were both really excited that we could get something with a heated seat, heated water, multiple wash functions, a drier, soft-close seat, air filter, AND a pretty cool-looking remote panel for basically 1/3 what we had expected a Toto to run us. It works great, and in the 3 months we've had it, both of us hate having to use the bathroom when not a home. We trek all the way up 3 flights of stairs in our townhouse just to use the washlet in our master bath instead of the other bathrooms! The wash function keeps everyone feeling clean, the bidet function is a godsend for ladies (great for certain times of the month, as well as before and after, say, romantic evenings!), and the enema has more than enough power and adjustability to speed things up... The drying function works pretty well, although it does take a while and I never feel totally dry. I wish the water was heated as soon as it comes on, but both of us have gotten used to bracing for a bit of a cold squirt at first. The seat heater's lowest setting still makes me uncomfortably hot after sitting there for a while, but it's better than dealing with an icy seat when you first sit down! I turn it off if it starts to get too hot for comfort -- I am not sure how anyone could stand the higher settings though! Even with the few little quirks, this baby is definitely something we can never go back to living without, and it's a very affordable way to add some serious hygenic luxury to what are usually fairly mundane or unpleasant parts of everyone's day.

Just ordered my second one after 8 years of daily use of first one

Rarely do I see product reviews offered after long use of a product but here is a testimonial to this bidet, which I ordered and installed 8 years ago. After 8 years of daily use the seat just detached itself from the body of the unit and although I could replace just the seat, I figured something else would go next, and well-deserved. This thing worked flawlessly all this time and everyone who ever visited and used it loved it too. So I just placed an order here on Amazon for my second one. I love the heated seat in the winter, the soothing warm water all year round. So easy to give your lady bits a quick wash so you are always fresh as a daisy!

Had all the features at a great price

"so here's the scoop. i did about a month of research before i bought one and learned a few things. when you shop for an electronic bidet seat, you're basically paying for extra features. almost all the seats on the market today come with what ill call 'the basics'. front and rear washes with position/temp adjustment, heated seat, soft close lid, and enema function. 'the basics' are pretty much standard on all bidet seats on the market. inax, bio bidet, toto, coco, cleansense, everything. then c...

Why Didn't I get one years ago?

I have Ankylosing Spondylitis, and the fusion in my spine has progressed to the point that I can no longer reach my backside. to offer a little TMI, I had to change my underwear several times a day, or jump in the shower after every trip to the "Loo"...The Clean Sense Bidet has changed all that! I am amazed at how clean I stay, and would reccomend a bidet for everyone! (much better than TP) Also, if you are worried about cost, the savings in toilet paper expense more than makes up for the add...

(much better than TP) Also, if you are worried about cost, the savings in toilet paper expense more than makes up for the additional cost of electricty and water (a couple of dollars per month??? didn't even notice it on my bills) I did lots of research on Bidet's (what is Plural for Bidet?), and feel that the clean sense has the best set of features for the money. It uses a tankless water heater, so it does not run out of heated water, the heated seat is great for those cold nights, and to be explicit, it has a bidet mode for feminine wash, a clean mode for the backside with plenty of power, and the enema mode is great for getting that "itch" you don't want to scratch in public...I don't use them much, but it even has a pulse mode, and a massage mode. To keep the nozzle clean, there is a self clean rinse, which runs both on start, and on finish. Remote control: Is a bit large, but how often are you holding other things while taking care of business? It is well laid out with an LCD panel to show you what is happening. It even has a clock! It only took a few minutes of sitting on the throne, and playing with the buttons to learn how to use it. AND, to help you learn all the functions, it comes with a plastic laminated card that you can leave in the sink :) All of the features include multiple settings for personalized comfort - Water temp, Seat temp, Air Dry Fan Speed, Position, Massage, and Mode can all be adjusted for your driving pleasure. It also has personal settings for up to four people ( I am the only user, so I have not used this feature) It also comes with a mounting bracket for the remote, but I just set mine on the counter top. Looks: IT actually looks quite sleek with a blue night light that turns red when the seat is warm. The lid wraps around the seat, and you never have to worry about slamming it, just pull and walk away, it gently lowers the lid for you. Installation: The box has everything in it that you need to install, and the instructions are easy to understand. I am a mechanical "klutz", and I was able to install it by myself in about 45 minutes. the only tools needed were a screw driver and a channel lock pliers. CONS: Power Cord is too short. No inline water filter (some vendors include this, and removing the minerals will prolong the life of the device), so be sure to ask for one when you order. Single spray nozzle, this is more of a feature than a con. It works very well, and there is no problem getting full coverage. PRO: Price/feature ratio is a GREAT buy for your money It has plenty of pressure to get you clean... I know I went on a bit, I think I covered everything...I reccomend the Clean Sense bidet 100%
