New to bidets
This is our first bidet. I have never felt so clean and fresh. This model has all the features anyone could want and probably more than needed. The remote is very easy to understand, but like others have said, it would be nice for it to be backlit. The buttons are raised, so that is not a real obstacle. One of my favorite features is that the deodorizer turns on immediately when you sit down and runs for a minute after you get up. The first water that comes out is a bit cooler than the temperature you have set, not cold, but it warms up quickly. My husband and I are very glad we purchased it. Happy bideting!

Frankly, I loved this thing. It was my first bidet and was really good (more on the WAS below). Purchase it back in Jan 2017. Install was a breeze. Easy to understand. My toilet was older so I had to get the get the adjustments right. I lost space on the front because my older toilet was a bit smaller, but I understood that when I ordered it from their measurement requirements. -Loved the massage function for normal use. -Seat heater worked well...I only used it in the winter because warm humid seats in Nebraska are less fun in the summer. -Water heater was reliable, but occasionally there would be like a loss in pressure enough that you would hear it, but not feel it...but then a few seconds later you would get some water that was warmer, but would be back to normal quickly. -Comfortable seat. Loved that the sensor protected any accidents from cat playing with the remote...or visiting children. Where it all went bad was two day ago. I was watching TV from my living room and I heard a BUZZ. Not any normal buzz, but loud enough that I thought it came from the utility closet and sounded like a mad scientist playing with electro gizmos. Scared me half to death. I started to get up to investigate as did my cat, looking into the bathroom. Then there was another equally loud electro buzz. My cat staring into the bathroom jumped back. By the time I got there and looked around the light on top was of the seat was off. I unplugged it. Plugged it in a day later and no activity at all. It dead. Super disappointed for the price. Effectively $22 a month (considering sales tax). That's more than my all my streaming internet services. I figured 1.5 years, one use per day (I live alone), that's 66 cents a use. I can't really say I would buy another on that alone. Add to the fact that say the electro buzz managed to start its own plastic or wiring on fire, it could be much more expensive.
