Great unit for your toilet
This is my second purchase of this item, (one upstairs and one downstairs) and love it. Has more features than other units I have come across and have had my first purchase for over a year now with no issues other than changing out the battery on the remote. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to add a Bidet seat to their toilet this is the one to buy without breaking the bank.

Unit arrived quickly and was packed well. Installation takes less than five minutes. The only downside is that control panel is quite large. It removes easily from the bracket though to make it handheld.
The Best
We've had our Clean Sense dib-1500R Bidet Seat, with Remote Control, since March 26, 2018. We love it. It is simple to use with settings for seat and water temperature, as well as the water stream force. This has "bidet", "wash", and "enema" nozzles and even a setting for children. What a wonderful "clean" feeling you get as the blow dryer and built-in air freshener completes your experience. We wished that we had this years ago. It is well constructed, easy to install (everything comes with-it), and it is easy to clean. Don't wait another day to buy yours.
New to bidets
This is our first bidet. I have never felt so clean and fresh. This model has all the features anyone could want and probably more than needed. The remote is very easy to understand, but like others have said, it would be nice for it to be backlit. The buttons are raised, so that is not a real obstacle. One of my favorite features is that the deodorizer turns on immediately when you sit down and runs for a minute after you get up. The first water that comes out is a bit cooler than the temperature you have set, not cold, but it warms up quickly. My husband and I are very glad we purchased it. Happy bideting!

I searched and searched for bidet toilet seats until I came across this one. I love the look and feel of it and it has all of the features that I was seeking and the price was the best I could find on the internet. I am having it installed in two days. My electrician installed the needed outlet and the toilet seat. There were no leaks or any other issues. I wasn't sure where to install the remote and he suggested that we put it right over the toilet paper holder. I initially wanted it more out of sight, but over the toilet paper holder was perfect because it put it right in reach. I'm glad I went with his idea. In terms of the bidet, it's great to use. There are many features that I couldn't really appreciate until I put them to use. I don't know why it took me so long to get one of these gems. Update: I STILL LOVE IT.

Full featured at a reasonable price
My first bidet purchase. I had always been interested and read an article that made me decide to give it a try. I wanted an instant water heater, heated seat, front and rear wash, drying, and a remote. This model had all these features, and was priced well below some competitors. I bought it and have not been disappointed. We have had it for a year, installed in two different apartments. Installation and removal is easy. Really cuts down on toilet paper usage, and leaves you feeling much cleaner. Full wash and dry can take five minutes, but it's worth it. I've recommended it to friends and family. Our young niece came and visited, tried it on child mode, and said "It feels like heaven with the gods."
The best introduction to the bidet experience
We've had our bidet for the past six years. Apart from a hard reboot we've had to do one time (unplug and plug) we have had absolutely no problems with this bidet. The experience has been divine! I like to say that there are few things better than sitting on a warm toilet seat, but this bidet does much more than just that. The stream of water is warm, constant and it does all that it promises to do. The system is easy to clean, batteries are replaced once every four months and the control panel is intuitive and easy to work with. After using this bidet, I feel clean and refreshed where it matters!! We intend to stick with this brand and purchase additional units for the other toilets in our house.
All the features we wanted at a great price!
I'd wanted a washlet for a while, and my husband, after a business trip to Korea, wound up wanting one as well. I had assumed one with all the features that make a washlet worth it would cost over a grand, so it was kind of just a "someday!" wishlist thing. When I came across this Clean Sense bidet though, my husband and I were both really excited that we could get something with a heated seat, heated water, multiple wash functions, a drier, soft-close seat, air filter, AND a pretty cool-lookin...

I had assumed one with all the features that make a washlet worth it would cost over a grand, so it was kind of just a "someday!" wishlist thing. When I came across this Clean Sense bidet though, my husband and I were both really excited that we could get something with a heated seat, heated water, multiple wash functions, a drier, soft-close seat, air filter, AND a pretty cool-looking remote panel for basically 1/3 what we had expected a Toto to run us. It works great, and in the 3 months we've had it, both of us hate having to use the bathroom when not a home. We trek all the way up 3 flights of stairs in our townhouse just to use the washlet in our master bath instead of the other bathrooms! The wash function keeps everyone feeling clean, the bidet function is a godsend for ladies (great for certain times of the month, as well as before and after, say, romantic evenings!), and the enema has more than enough power and adjustability to speed things up... The drying function works pretty well, although it does take a while and I never feel totally dry. I wish the water was heated as soon as it comes on, but both of us have gotten used to bracing for a bit of a cold squirt at first. The seat heater's lowest setting still makes me uncomfortably hot after sitting there for a while, but it's better than dealing with an icy seat when you first sit down! I turn it off if it starts to get too hot for comfort -- I am not sure how anyone could stand the higher settings though! Even with the few little quirks, this baby is definitely something we can never go back to living without, and it's a very affordable way to add some serious hygenic luxury to what are usually fairly mundane or unpleasant parts of everyone's day.
Great bidet!
I researched bidets in this price range as much as possible and ended up purchasing the DIB1500r. This was my first bidet so I didn’t have much experience to compare it to. After using it for a few months I can say that I’m pleased with its features and performance. It’s nice to have a seat warmer, warm water on demand and a remote that’s easy to use. The seat and remote was very easy to install. Thanks for easy to follow directions! In terms of the remote, I do wish that it was backlit. Until...
Until I memorized the buttons I had to turn on a light to confidently press the correct buttons in the dark. Also, it seems that the remote requires line of sight with the IR receiver in order to work properly, so mounting the remote necessitated some testing before we settled on its final mounting location (I prefer to leave it mounted on the wall). I’ve since ordered another branded bidet in the same price range from Costco so I now feel like I have some perspective. The Clean Sense definitely has more features than the other brand and seems to be built better. Only time will tell, I suppose. All in all I’m very happy with this bidet and hope that it will last us for years.
