This is a wonderful product that was a lifesaver during covid when toilet paper could not be found. It does have some negative points. This is a wonderful product that was a lifesaver during covid when toilet paper could not be found. It does have some negative points. I don't know if these negatives are any better with other makes and models, and I don't know if the product has improved since 2017 (it doesn't look like it). 1) The solenoid has failed twice on our machine. When it does, water does not stop coming out of the device into the bowl. So you have to turn off the water inbetween uses until you fix the unit. We have fixed it twice, which is not that difficult if you have basic skills. The part is about $60 including shipping. 2) The device is not that easy to clean. We've given it a intensive cleaning when we've had to replace the solenoids. There are lots of crack crevices and cavities that accumulate unmentionables. Thorough cleaning is not an easy or pleasant task. 3) The LDC remote control display is difficult to see unless the lighting is just right. But this is a minor problem because you quickly know what button to press, and you don't usually change the adjustments once you have them set. Read Less

I travel a bit in Japan where bidets are everywhere and I've tried quite a few different models. Most only differ in volume of water and how long the warm water lasts. This bidet hits the perfect balance of water flow and lasting temperature and I like that it is well adjustable to vary the force of the spray from gentle spritz to pressure cleaner. My wife likes... I've bought 3 of these and it is my favorite model. Even though it's moderately priced, it has one of the best feature sets available. I travel a bit in Japan where bidets are everywhere and I've tried quite a few different models. Most only differ in volume of water and how long the warm water lasts. This bidet hits the perfect balance of water flow and lasting temperature and I like that it is well adjustable to vary the force of the spray from gentle spritz to pressure cleaner. My wife likes the setting on two bars, whereas I love the full strength that I can feel the cleaning and have confidence on a "job well done." The overall comfort of the seat is wonderful which makes even long periods of sitting without discomfort. I would heartily recommend this unit.  Read Less

I'd wanted a washlet for a while, and my husband, after a business trip to Korea, wound up wanting one as well. I had assumed one with all the features that make a washlet worth it would cost over a grand, so it was kind of just a "someday!" wishlist thing. When I came across this Clean Sense bidet though, my husband and I were both really excited that we could get something with a heated seat, heated water, multiple wash functions, a drier, soft-close seat, air filter, AND a pretty cool-looking remote panel for basically 1/3 what we had expected a Toto to run us. It works great, and in the 3 months we've had it, both of us hate having to use the bathroom when not a home. We trek all the way up 3 flights of stairs in our townhouse just to use the washlet in our master bath instead of the other bathrooms! The wash function keeps everyone feeling clean, the bidet function is a godsend for ladies (great for certain times of the month, as well as before and after, say, romantic evenings!), and the enema has more than enough power and adjustability to speed things up... The drying function works pretty well, although it does take a while and I never feel totally dry. I wish the water was heated as soon as it comes on, but both of us have gotten used to bracing for a bit of a cold squirt at first. The seat heater's lowest setting still makes me uncomfortably hot after sitting there for a while, but it's better than dealing with an icy seat when you first sit down! I turn it off if it starts to get too hot for comfort -- I am not sure how anyone could stand the higher settings though! Even with the few little quirks, this baby is definitely something we can never go back to living without, and it's a very affordable way to add some serious hygenic luxury to what are usually fairly mundane or unpleasant parts of everyone's day.  Read Less

It is superior to the ones I had in Europe and really makes everything very clean. PROS: The Clean Sense is truly an amazing product and worth the money. It does everything it says it does with nothing lacking. It feels and looks very sturdy. Even the remote is very sturdy. It is so nice to get a quality item and feel good about a purchase from the moment you open the box. The sprayers adjust positions to fit you. The spray intensity adjusts to give you the clean you need. CONS: This bidet does require electricity. All the really good ones do. The cord is short and I needed to run it six more feet to plug it in. I am using a very sturdy extension but will have an outlet installed in my WC when we have a new exhaust fan put in this area. Not a big deal for us as the electricity is already there and is a very cheap fix. This may pose a problem if you don't have an outlet handy. The round seat might be small for a larger man. I am a smaller female and this is a perfect fit. Feels almost like it was made especially for me. The oblong seat bidet for an oblong toilet is much longer and I may order this one for the bathroom my husband uses....after we save for it. Price... It is pricey but I believe you get what you pay for. I feel this was well worth the money and I would buy another one. As a side note, I did get a discount on this bidet that I probably won't find on a second one. I would buy this bidet without a discount....I love it that much! (I am known to be cheap!) Read Less

Having never used a bidet before in my life, I was on the fence about even putting the money into buying such luxury. However after recent events (the great toilet paper shortage of 2020), I decided to go for it. Wow! I’m glad I did! I have used this for over 6 months now with no issues. I am now upset when I’m caught away from home to do my business. The seat warmers are inviting, the warm stream of water is delightful and water pressure can be adjusted from a gentle stream up to a master blaster fire hose like setting. I run it in the middle, firm and effective. The warm air at the end is nice to begin the drying process, but I usually use a couple squares to wipe dry the bigger drips. I did make a run to the hardware store once it arrived to buy a braided water hose for an easier install. The instructions for install, use, and cleaning are very good and descriptive.  Read Less
