| Installation Notes | All of our bidets should only be installed by licensed plumbers. On electric models where there is not an outlet, then a licensed electrician should be used to install one. We recommend a dedicated 15 or 20amp GFI circuit be used, and local codes followed. Periodic maintenance and inspection of the unit is required. Optional bidet water filters must be replaced every 6 months. Hoses and all connections should be checked frequently. These units must be protected from freezing and if not used for extended periods, it should be disconnected. Please contact us with any specific questions you may have. |

Great until it breaks... and it will break
I've had two of these. I bought another one after the first one broke because when it works, it's REALLY good and has features that similar units don't have. With the first one, the first thing to go was the sound effects. Then the remote stopped controlling the seat no matter where we moved it, tried new batteries, etc. Finally, all of the buttons stopped working. It was just past the warranty period but we liked it so much we bought another one. This one was a similar but worse story. Once ag... I've had two of these. Then, the soft close seat function failed. Then the nightlight died. Then the seat cracked in multiple places. I've had it with this unit. When it works, it's great. But it will fail and you would be better off spending more money on a more reliable unit. The build quality on this is just unacceptably bad. You better get the extended warranty if you buy this.
