I got the one with the option of warm water, however to get the warm water the hot water hose has to connect to my bathroom sink. I didn’t want to have to drill a hole in the side of the wooden bathroom cabinet so the warm water part was irrelevant for me.. however this was still a great buy! The bidet works magnificent! I always feel clean when I’m done using it. Now I want to buy one of each bathroom in my house.

I dried off, did my business and I turned on the water to clean the nether regions. Let me tell you— that first blast of arctic cold strong streaming water in the nether regions was just a bit of a shock. Of course I had to try all the pressure settings and tried the female setting to another shock of an arctic cold water blast. My review: I am keeping the bidet. Why you might ask— the oh so clean feeling “down there”. After the first blast, it’s not bad, really. Then dab with TP to dry off! I can’t wait till next visit with my son! When he goes to work, he will come home to a bidet!🤣

I thought I would give this unit a try given mixed review. Got the package with all the parts included in mint condition. The cold water line installation is very straightforward. To install the hot water line, I drilled a small hole on the side of the cabinet to access the valve under the sink. I used the tube provided to install the hot water as instructed. Works like a charm.

I had another option but it has a PROP 65 warning so I took a harder look to find this brand eventually and it did not disappoint! I am happy with the ease of installation, I did it myself without relying on my husband. The spray worked well with me, my husband and my 7yo daughter. We have not connected to hot water yet so no comment on that for now.

I never saw myself as a user of a bidet, but here we are. Bought to assist with proper hygiene post surgery and are very happy. The hot water option is great, but do to the distance from our hot water source, it is never really hot.

We got this to help clean our 95 year young Mother after her toilet use. She needs to use a Riser above the toilet to help her get up from the toilet. Unfortunately the riser has legs that get blocked by the control panel so it prevents the riser from being positioned correctly so the water spay will hit the correct areas to clean. We have to ask Mom to move forward so the spray at least hits between the areas. However, it is fabulous to have the water (that can be set to be hot, cold, or warm) to be sure she is getting very clean. Installation was fairly easy. All the parts were included that we needed. We did have to drill a small hole in the cabinet to connect to the warm water connection under the sink.

Works great !! You must Have a General basic knowledge about plumbing/toilets. My husband put it together for me Ps if you like hot water as well you must run a hose to your sink !!

You’ll probably need extra parts depending on hot water location and tiolet lid risers to match the height of your new install. It was worth it to me to make my wife smile and feel clean and fresh everyday.

Only issue I've seen is your setup for the hot water but all valves are different so I really don't see a problem there
