We got this to help clean our 95 year young Mother after her toilet use. She needs to use a Riser above the toilet to help her get up from the toilet. Unfortunately the riser has legs that get blocked by the control panel so it prevents the riser from being positioned correctly so the water spay will hit the correct areas to clean. We have to ask Mom to move forward so the spray at least hits between the areas. However, it is fabulous to have the water (that can be set to be hot, cold, or warm) to be sure she is getting very clean. Installation was fairly easy. All the parts were included that we needed. We did have to drill a small hole in the cabinet to connect to the warm water connection under the sink.

Installed very easy, my wife loves it. Installed in a few minutes, the only problem was the connecting to the very old house hot water line. Found the right connections at Ace Hardware and had it installed in 20 minutes. BUT, the unit quit functioning in 10 days. One of the three water tubes inside the unit developed a crimp and stopped water flow. The line is crimped in 2 places, Each near the end of tube. The inside structures, which bend the line to connect to the valves are in a very poorly...

After several trips to hardware for a good line replacement , I discovered that the newly installed line was crimping, Just like the other one. Totally unable to repair problem, wife is unset. Let me tell you— that first blast of arctic cold strong streaming water in the nether regions was just a bit of a shock. Of course I had to try all the pressure settings and tried the female setting to another shock of an arctic cold water blast. My review: I am keeping the bidet. Why you might ask— the oh so clean feeling “down there”. After the first blast, it’s not bad, really. Then dab with TP to dry off! I can’t wait till next visit with my son! When he goes to work, he will come home to a bidet!🤣
