A Shock at First
It works great. I am having shoulder surgery so bought this as my dominant arm would be in a sling. I have used it now for a week prior to surgery and it is very easy to use and cleansing. I would recommend turning dial on very slowly until desired stream strength. Trust me! Well worth the money and easy to install. Took about 12 minutes.

This is the best bidet I have owned. The bidet seat is so much more stable than using a bidet attachment. It was a breeze to install and works as well as the product description says. At first I had a small problem with the seat back staying up, but emailed the seller . The person I worked with was professional, pleasant, and suggested how to revise the problem. I would not hesitate to purchase a product from them again.

Affordable, easy install, comfortable, stable, only problem is there is no click or stop between front & rear wash. So after getting up must check water isn’t still running, otherwise great product.
