It has been wonderful to have so many features with this bidet. Not only is installation a breeze, but the option to choose a cool or warm temperature for the water and air. Simply amazing. This bidet has made my cold winter mornings a comfortable time for me to slowly wake up since I am now able to choose warm water and air. It has been wonderful to have so many features with this bidet. Not only is installation a breeze, but the option to choose a cool or warm temperature for the water and air. Simply amazing. This bidet has made my cold winter mornings a comfortable time for me to slowly wake up since I am now able to choose warm water and air. Say goodbye to that rude awakening from a spritz of freezing water. Plus I forgot to mention the heated seat! Bye bye cold mornings. It also functions well during a hot summer day. Here in Arizona it can get very hot and it is nice to have the option of cool water to help alleviate, what I like to call, "swamp butt". It is almost a quick refresher on those scorching days. I installed the Butt Buddy yesterday and so far it’s great. The heated seat is a nice upgrade over my old standard seat, as is the warm water. My only issue was that true system beeps whenever you sit down and stand up. This got irritating quickly. I went to the Butt Buddy website and sent them a message through their “contact us” section at about 5:00 yesterday (Saturday) afternoon, not expecting a response until early next week at the earliest. I installed the Butt Buddy yesterday and so far it’s great. The heated seat is a nice upgrade over my old standard seat, as is the warm water. My only issue was that true system beeps whenever you sit down and stand up. This got irritating quickly. I went to the Butt Buddy website and sent them a message through their “contact us” section at about 5:00 yesterday (Saturday) afternoon, not expecting a response until early next week at the earliest. Imagine my surprise when I checked my email at 8:00 this morning (Sunday) to find that they had already responded (at 11:00 last night, actually). Here is their answer to turn off the beeping: To turn off the beeping sound please press and hold the toilet seat temperature control button on the left side of the bidet seat for 3 seconds and release. That should deactivate the beeping sounds going forward. To reactivate the beeping sound simply press and hold the toilet seat temperature control button once more for 3 seconds and release. A little unsure, but found it useful for cleansing. The added features of the night light, and heated seat (with dual settings) definitely enhances the value. Also, the fact that the wand rinses itself allays any fears that debris may build up over time. Installation was pretty straight forward, despite having to install an outlet. A 'wish' would have been for a seat with a dryer since wiping after washing is a bit damp from just a drip dry. This might be something to consider highlighting so there is no confusion in which model to purchase. All-in-all, great product to significantly upgrade a bathroom experience without having to replace an entire toilet.  Read Less

Since my wife often uses flushable wipes, I got this in hopes of eliminating (or at least significantly decreasing) such usage since they can cause plumbing issues (i.e. clogs!). I installed this in our master bathroom and we have used it for about a month now. Since my wife often uses flushable wipes, I got this in hopes of eliminating (or at least significantly decreasing) such usage since they can cause plumbing issues (i.e. clogs!). This was super easy to install...took less than 20 minutes. It comes with a cord that when plugged in heats the seat and the water, but you can also use it without plugging it in which is what we've been doing since we don't necessarily care about a heated seat and/or water. It has two directions of spray (a slightly forward direction and a rear [no pun intended!] direction). You simply use the dial/switch on the side to turn on the spray (move it forward for the front area and move it backward for the rear). It also has two flow settings (min, max) for each direction...so you can choose to spray a little or a lot depending on the situation. We absolutely LOVE this product!!! I wasn't sure how much I would actually use it when I got it but I think I use it more than my wife at this point! Lol It's just so easy and convenient to use. It's also self cleaning btw so now worries there, and the lids are self closing so no more accidentally "dropping" the toilet seat! I would definitely encourage people to check this product out. It's high quality and works flawlessly...and it will definitely eliminate or at least save on the use of flushable wipes!!! :) Totally worth it. My wife was very excited to have the heated seat for those cold mornings and it worked great. Upon initial installation I noticed the seat was about an inch too short for our new toilet. The installation was almost as simple as installing a standard toilet seat. All the built in options were great and the installation of the water supply and the power supply were not unsightly. Ease of cleaning is also a plus as the water delivery use is optional. The only thing I would change is the addition of length to the power cord. Most homes are not built with an electrical outlet close enough to accommodate the power cord. As for the ease of installation, its a literal 20 minutes. Anyone that can use a screwdriver and knows what teflon tape is for can install this seat.  Read Less
