In the begging service was good. I bought 2 sets of BUDD BUDDY spa Bidet one of bidet id good as of today but 2nd one had kept leaking and ask them to exchange they did and received new one installed but leak again so I did asked again they exchanged 2nd time but since 3 month passed now leak again from knob controller as you seen photo then claim again to exchange for factory warranty with year but vendor has no respond.

It has been wonderful to have so many features with this bidet. Not only is installation a breeze, but the option to choose a cool or warm temperature for the water and air. Simply amazing. This bidet has made my cold winter mornings a comfortable time for me to slowly wake up since I am now able to choose warm water and air. Say goodbye to that rude awakening from a spritz of freezing water. Plus I forgot to mention the heated seat! Bye bye cold mornings. It also functions well during a hot sum...

Here in Arizona it can get very hot and it is nice to have the option of cool water to help alleviate, what I like to call, "swamp butt". It is almost a quick refresher on those scorching days. A fantastic addition to our home. 10/10 would buy again (if I had more toilets).

Making the switch from the original basic model to this Butt Buddy Suite Electric Smart Bidet Seat is a massive upgrade in hygiene and convenience. The Suites seat is awesome as it has the option to be heated or remain cool, the bidets spray has more considerable water flow with the option to have warm...

Making the switch from the original basic model to this Butt Buddy Suite Electric Smart Bidet Seat is a massive upgrade in hygiene and convenience. The Suites seat is awesome as it has the option to be heated or remain cool, the bidets spray has more considerable water flow with the option to have warm or cool water, and it has an dryer function that also provides the option between warm and cool air. Its very sturdy, has a solid structure that’s made of good material while looking smooth and sleek. I like the low-profile, responsive control. The setup process was easy and seamless. If you do not have a power outlet near your toilet you can always get an electrician stop by and install one quickly and for cheap like I did. Couldn’t be happier with my upgrade.
