Cheap Plastic Parts Not Covered by Warranty
You get what you pay for with this seat. I had this less than two years. Kohler doesn't cover the wand if it breaks, and it has sharp corners and is really easy to break. They offered to sell me a new one at their price of $180, almost eighty dollars more than the bidet seat costs today at Home Depot. It was OK while it lasted once we got used to the cold water.

Worked well until it broke 4 months later
The nozzle broke. Can't figure out how to get this fixed or replaced. No, its not just the replaceable tip, it is the part that the tip attaches to ...broke off...along with the tip. Help Kohler?
