Very easy to install if you have flexible pipe water supply to toilet. If you have copper pipes attached to toilet you may have to cut them to fit. If that's the case I would replace with flexible pipes for future changes. Works great. However the water is a bit cold as it is not heated. Great quality for value. 

It was a Christmas gift and from the moment i easily installed it, we have been saving on the lesser amount of paper we use. I was hesitant, at first, about the cold water, but quickly learned it didn’t matter. After experimenting with the three nozzles and learning how to use the cleansing spray one feels tingly clean after each use. The hydraulic seat is an extra added benefit. I love my new bidet seat. 

I am happy that I purchased this one. It came in a biscuit color that matches the existing toilet. Has a soft close top that is nice looking and is not flimsy. Very good water pressure. I used to have an electrical one in my prior place. But this is much more cost effective and I don’t need the heated water feature since I am now living in southern Florida. 

Works like it's supposed to. I bought this for my husband and adjusted the spray strength/direction to his liking. I had to move the tank back 1/4" to clear the back of the bidet seat. A minor adjustment and it fit perfect. I'm pleased. For the next one, I plan on getting a heated water hookup or one built in for the cold winters. Not a fan of the cold water spray but he doesn't mind! 

Installed this about 18 months prior to covid, so was well versed in its use before the tissue shortages. I feel so much cleaner, and use so much less tissue. The water that comes from the pipes is not that cold and is not an issue for comfort. For an inexpensive option to a full function bidet, this is completely acceptable. No electricity, no new plumbing, very affordable option and worth every penny 

this is the third one we have installed in our home. We love these and they work well. Fairly easy to install as a matter of fact my husband could not install the last one do to n injury so I installed it. The color is perfect and the seat and lid are soft close which is great in the kids bathroom. It is a sturdy seat. The water temperature is what ever comes out of your faucet.

I overcame my hesitancy when this product went on sale and am so glad I did! It was an easy install, easy to clean and uncomplicated answer to my needs. I have been wanting to break the TP habit for a long time, and this seat makes it possible to cross it off my shopping list. Since it is Not heated, I was afraid the water would be too cold, but this is not a problem at all. You just feel so much cleaner and fresher! Thanks for a nice, simple, effective product! 

I bought this bidet when I had double hand surgeries. very easy to use and comfortable for me. (Not for my husband.) not difficult to install. My one big complaint is that the hot water is usually not hot although I have it turned all the way up. Very inconsistent with the heating feature for the water. The heating feature on the seat is fine. I have hot water maybe 10% of the time. Other than the hot water ice would give it five stars all around

Easy to install and works like a charm. The rinse is not too cold, even though it's not heated. A must-have upgrade for all of our toilets. Even the kids like it. 

I wanted to try a bidet and bought the least expensive because I was not sure if I would like using one. I would recommend getting one with more features, the cold water spray at this time (summer) is ok but I definitely would want warm water during the winter. Also having the dryer would be preferential. So in conclusion, I would not purchase this model again but would go for one with all the bells and whistles.
