Fully satisfied , great product for this price range ... I did installed it myself , few observations 1. Get your own hoses , provided ones are poor quality. 2. Attach hoses first to t- adapter then to bowl last to water supply 3. The seat’s water heater does not fully mounts on the bracket, it’s necessary to leave about and inch at the back 4. You know the seat it’s correctly installed when you press the seat and the lights go on on the controls, you also hear a quick flush of the wand 

I love the easy installation of this bidet. The UV light running for 45 minutes once a day, when it’s not being used, is one feature that I like the most. Besides the self cleaning nozzle, UV sanitizing is a very good addition to this product. Most hoses and the metal T-adapter were installed hand tight.My wife love the three-level water heater temperature selector available, especially on these cold winter and spring days!Save on your toilet paper use! No need to panic to buy in bulk from Marketplace or Sam’s.
