Love having a bidet seat
Nice little bidet seat for the price. My only comment is that you are supposed to be able to adjust where you spray, but from what we can tell, it sprays in the same area. Also, the installation had metal bolts while the product is plastic. We stripped a bit of the plastic part during the install.

We started with buying one of these for one of our bathrooms. We had to have a replacement sent, the second one worked. The issue is with the connection between the hose and the toilet seat. The threaded attachment point is plastic, and not always at the correct depth in the seat for the metal hose fitting to attach properly without leaking. Once we received the replacement, it went together very easily. We then decided to get one for our other bathroom, and figured that the original seat that d...

As it turns out, it took 3 more seats until we had one that worked properly. We received great customer service from both Build.com and Kohler, but you may have to be patient with getting a replacement if you get this seat. We really like this model because it fits our Kohler toilets perfectly, is slimmer and more subtle looking than most bidet seats, and works well once installed.
