PureWash® M300 Elongated manual bidet toilet seat
The PureWash® M300 Elongated manual bidet toilet seat offers comfort and hygiene but has notable drawbacks. Users may feel inadequately cleaned by the dual-function wand, and reports of the seat shifting raise comfort concerns. Although its Quick-Release™ feature facilitates cleaning, it can be challenging for unfamiliar users. The antimicrobial seat is designed to inhibit bacteria growth, but its long-term effectiveness remains uncertain. While the manual handle is battery-free, it lacks the convenience of electric models, and adjustable water pressure may be insufficient for some. Although the quiet-close lid aims to prevent slamming, accidents can still occur. In summary, the PureWash M300 may fall short in enhancing personal hygiene, as numerous features do not fully deliver on the promises of practicality and comfort.

It's a nice bidet, needs minor changes
Installation is easy and adjustments, if needed are easy as will. While the bidet works well, I have 2 minor issues with this toilet seat. 1) I wish the stream was a bit stronger. I had a different bidet that mounted under the existing seat and the pressure was great. The Kohler feels kind of soft (I guess that's how I would descibe it.) 2) When shutting it off, there is no click or marking to let you know it's completely off. If you aren't 100% centered on the shut off, it will continue to drip. I sort of resolved that issue by drawing a line in the proper shut off position so guests, or anyone not familiar with the bidet, will know where to position the valve to insure a good shut off (see photo.) I used a magic marker and drew bot lines.

Worked after many returns
We started with buying one of these for one of our bathrooms. We had to have a replacement sent, the second one worked. The issue is with the connection between the hose and the toilet seat. The threaded attachment point is plastic, and not always at the correct depth in the seat for the metal hose fitting to attach properly without leaking. Once we received the replacement, it went together very easily. We then decided to get one for our other bathroom, and figured that the original seat that didn’t work was just an outlier. As it turns out, it took 3 more seats until we had one that worked properly. We received great customer service from both Build.com and Kohler, but you may have to be patient with getting a replacement if you get this seat. We really like this model because it fits our Kohler toilets perfectly, is slimmer and more subtle looking than most bidet seats, and works well once installed.
