I absolutely love this bidet thingy! It def makes me feel cleaner. I love the lady option for when it's that time of the month. The self cleaning option is neat and i use it every time i clean my bathroom. It's also nice that i live in a very hot area so the cold water is never cold so it feels like a nice warm water bidet clean. Very happy i got it before the TP pandemic. We use much less toilet paper and it helps when I'm constipated.

Another excellent bidet
This is the second Luxe we’ve gotten to send as a gift.We’re slowly converting our families to life-changing bidet reality. It’s always surprising how people are resistant to the concept - people will think it’s weird, or I won’t like the cold water and installing the warm water is too complicated - are some of the arguments. But they quickly learn that people think it’s interesting and want to learn more and that the cool water feels great, even in winter!

[Incentivized Review] Not a good idea!
I received this Luxe Bidet Neo 120 White several weeks ago and I don't really know what to say about it. My husband won't hook it up for me, the reason being he said is "Why do you want to use a bidet that will be nothing but ice cold water?" Which I really hadn't thought about that...and no, I don't want to use it and have ice cold water from the toilet spraying on me, thank you very much. LOL!

easy to set up even in a!partments ! make sure to purchase the toilet seat bumpers. Don't worry about the one cold water line as it doesn't feel cold at all. Clean is Best for people of all ages! Great idea for everyone of every age when you really think about it. This is also the perfect answer for special needs and or disabled people of all ages

The bidet arrived, well packaged with everything needed to install. The instructions were simple and clear and my husband was able to install in approx 15 mins. I've never owned or even tried a bidet before. I had some preconceived notions about it being messy and loud. I mean who wants the world to know you are in the bathroom using the bidet? The water stream is very isolated to the toilet area, I didn't even notice any overspray under the seat when I checked after finishing my business. The p...
The bidet arrived, well packaged with everything needed to install. The instructions were simple and clear and my husband was able to install in approx 15 mins. I've never owned or even tried a bidet before. I had some preconceived notions about it being messy and loud. I mean who wants the world to know you are in the bathroom using the bidet? The water stream is very isolated to the toilet area, I didn't even notice any overspray under the seat when I checked after finishing my business. The pull up lever is very conveniently located. The adjustments to the spray area worked well. Adjusting the settings that first time was very helpful. The range in water force is pretty wide, you may not want that much spray. Even at full force, it didn't not make a mess. The only other issue I thought I might have a problem with is that the water is not heated. It really wasn't that bad at all. I guess when you are using the bidet the whole idea is to be cleansed and refreshed. It certainly does the trick. I understand bidets are quite common in Europe. I think this is a form of cleansing America should get behind. Once used to, it is hard to imagine not having the convenience.

Was worried that cold water on the backside would be too uncomfortable but didn’t have the option to install a heated bidet in my bathroom. Turns out I shouldn’t have worried! This is my second one…the first one lasted 3 years and was only replaced because it was starting to show wear. Was delighted to find the same model still available and at a very reasonable cost. If you’ve ever considered a bidet, urge you to try this one! It is very easy to install, even if you have no mechanical skills. Every time I’m away from home I realize how helpful and convenient a bidet can be. What you save in TP costs alone will pay for it. I rarely write reviews this positive, but truly love this product.

Cold water is no big deal.
The Neo Bidet was quite easy to install and has held up well over the 4 years I've had it. Since it's non-electric I was concerned that a cold water spray would be very uncomfortable. Actually, one barely notices the water temperature and the fact that I'm not using great wads of toilet paper more than makes up for this slight inconvenience.

I wasn't sure how I would like a Bidet but as my Mom was born in Italy, she is used to using one and speaks well of them. I was sthrilled for the opportunity to try this Luxe Bidet Neo 180. It took a bit of getting used to but once I did get used to it, I have never felt cleaner. I was expecting the water to be cold but it wasn't cold at all, it was pleasant and can I say...'refreshing', especially during a monthly cycle. I love how there are two separate nozzles (one for front and one for rear) and you can adjust the water pressure as well. I would definitely give this a shot if you haven't tried one before. This unit is high quality and the hoses retractable. You will need to adjust the spray but you'll be set to go in 15 minutes!
