Having a bidet is one of those things that you don't realize you need until you try one and then you wonder how you could ever do without it. This is how everyone at my house feels after installing this product. You get a much cleaner feeling than just using toilet paper and it actually helps save on toilet paper, since it does most of the cleaning with a little bit of water, so there's less waste. The installation was simple enough, just make sure to install the water pressure valve included in the kit, I almost threw it away by accident. It allows you to adjust the water, so that it doesn't spray too forcefully and uncomfortably and really makes all the difference in this product. Once you have the water pressure adjusted to the desired level, you can just leave it at that, no need to adjust it every time, only when first installing it. After that, all you have to do is pull up the lever to activate the water sprayer and you can choose for it to spray behind, or spray the feminine area for those days when you want to rinse the blood off of you when using the bathroom. I also really like how the nozzle stays tucked it in its own little hidden area, keeping it clean and protected. The water that sprays, by the way, is actually fresh clean water from the same lines that feeds clean water to the water tank, it doesn't take water from the water tank itself, so you get the same water you'd use for hand washing in the sink. Not having to connect it to a power outlet or directly to wire it to the wall is a huge plus, since installation can be done by anyone who can use tools, no need for an electrician or a plumber and it works even during power outages. We all love using it now and it saves us on toilet paper and feels so much cleaner. The neutral colors of white and chrome go with any toilet / bathroom style, that I can't imagine it looking out of place in anyone's bathroom, it also doesn't take up hardly any space and for the price, I think everyone should have one.

My review of the luxe neo 180.Even though with all the pieces it looks a little overwhelming for a 60-year-old woman. I am seems to be well-made, however I actually added a metal T instead of the plastic T that came with the unit I Feel clean and fresh after every and every use. This definitely do give me a life changing moment as I never use a bidet before. Easy to install. Read the instructions and use the included Teflon tape to wrap around all the threads that connect to any plumbing lines before you connect everything together. Pressure can be a little too much so turn knob ever so slightly until it feels comfortable or buy a T-Adapter with shutoff valve to reduce the pressure. The plastic T-Adapter it comes with just ok and did not leak but if you have any concerns about quality or longevity of the adapter then buy a metal one. They included one for this review. The Cold water model is not an issue for me It’s really just cool not cold, maybe room temperature or a little bit cooler.I find it very refreshing. It really does get you clean,It’s really pretty amazing. I think I really waited too long in life to try this for my first time, I would’ve bought this many many years ago. Check the sizing chart on the Luxe website to ensure it will fit your toilet. For some reason it did not fit my toilet seat correctly so either I have to change my toilet seat or at the bumpers,I have decided to actually buy a different toilet seat to be able to use this with a less of a gap.I reviewed this one and the 185 and I prefer the 180 over the 185 due to the knob control. I don’t mind the cold water option however I would definitely go for heat .All in all this is a great starter bidget.
[Incentivized Review] Easy to use!
In our recent water bill from our city government, it warned local people that if they don't stop using wet wipes in the toilet, a new sewage treatment plant will need to be built -- and soon -- and warned us about potential sales and property tax increases which would result. But what could we do? It's quite clear that regular toilet paper often works quite poorly. That's when I remembered an essay I'd read about bidets and how crazy Americans were for putting up with less effective and costlier toilet paper. So we thought we'd give this a try. I'm so glad that we did. It makes hygiene much easier and seems far cleaner than when using toilet paper and wipes. Further, our toilet needs cleaning less often since it's being flushed with water even more than normal. This is obviously a much more ecological solution, plus it saves us money in our household budget -- while doing our part to (hopefully!) keep our taxes from going up. In terms of installation, it was really no big deal, although I'd gotten a metal connector (thinking it would work better than the included plastic one) and found I was mistaken, so when I ran into difficulties, I just switched over to the plastic one and it works great. Notice the photos of the connections, to help make that clear, along with another of the settings on the device. Our water is quite cold where we live, but even so, it's not really the problem I thought it might be, it's like washing my hands with cold water, not a big deal. This model has one for regular "wash" and an additional setting for women, too. The spray is quite accurate and I'm finding using this is a really fast and easy way to stay clean!
[Incentivized Review] No heat function, spray is all or nothing.
The only reason for 2 stars is because it was incredibly easy to install (~15 min.) & directions were mostly clear. I will say this (and hopefully common sense tells you this as well): have a rag nearby because water is going to spill a little when installing. Not much, maybe 1/3 cup, but something to think about. Due to the way my plumbing is and my bathroom is configured, I could not use the nicer metal & chrome T-valve. The plastic one is fine, nothing leaks, but it would have been nicer to...
The plastic one is fine, nothing leaks, but it would have been nicer to have the heavy one on. The main reason I won't use or recommend this is because there is no way to heat the water. The item description was not very inclusive, and I've only ever used actual bidet toilets (not just attachments), so it wasn't something I thought about. But once I went to use it, it was my immediate thought. "Holy winter tap water, Batman!" Much, much too cold to use on such delicate parts. If it worked in every other aspect, I would leave it on and try again when the weather gets warmer but, because of the following, it won't get another chance... The spray is "controllable." Ok, true. However, if trying to use a very light stream (once I realized how cold it was, I started messing with pressure to see if there's any way I could tolerate it), the water comes out much like it would a hose being held upright while on a trickle - it sort of unenthusiastically spits water and just makes a mess. My whole undercarriage (bottom, backs of thighs, etc.) was sprayed and damp, therefore the seat was also wet. Much more of a mess than it's worth. Toilet bidets are so amazing, this just isn't a proper substitute. All in all, if you have a toilet that this will work on and can stand it being cold tap water on your bits, then it may be worth it. I was provided the product in return for an unbiased opinion, so I'm not sure how much this costs. It would only allow me to upload 2 pictures, so I chose to show how high the seat sits and what it looks like installed.
